Logistically speaking, I have two classes of regions
- Oracle Listed regions: (this region is included)
the oracle list is a list of regions in order of the update which have only two embassies. They are the region prior and the region after the region on that list. All other embassies are not allowed as they will short circuit the list. The list measures the shortest degree of separation between my first region (Banana) and mmy last region (The Alliance Of Independent States). Somewhere in the middle of that list is two of my Matrix Listed Regions, represented by United States of America and 0000.
- Matrix Listed Regions are my regions that have embassies with all of my other Matrix Regions, thus why they are called The Matrix. These regions will accept embassy offers from any other region (there are exceptions, but they are mostly Nazi or otherwise racist or obnoxious based regions).
