So we got two China's that could spark a rather heated civil war. Far more heated than anything that might kick off between Cardon and Kinzuko.
The IDF has begun it's 15 mile incursions into to Syria 2 months early as promised. Everywhere within 15 miles of the Israel-Syria Border will be swept and cleared of Private Military Companies. So far the IDF has encountered little resistance, one soldier said, "This place is just...gone, we haven't seen any civilians for hours, and we've already cleared 4 different towns." Sites like this have been seen practically everywhere. Entire villages, now rubble. some walls charred by plasma. Others covered with bullet holes.
There have been a few skirmishes however. In the Golan Heights, a company of soldiers came across an ongoing firefight between 2 Shrike contractors and 5 USEC contractors. 1 Soldier was killed but all 7 contractors were eliminated. This one soldier has been the only casualty so far. This has led the IDF to assume that most of the fighting is taking place further into Syria.
The IDF has stated that sweeps should be finished by July 2nd. After this the IDF force will move back into Israel.

The International Gamble
Early this morning, select embassies and consulates of the following nations within 
The Unified American Federation were contacted via letter from a previously unknown group:
The European Union (
Austrovik-Germania)
The Swiss Commune (
FNU)
The Republic of Wirye (
Wirye)
The Greater Leithanian Kingdom (
Free Jovian Republic)
The Dominion of Japan (
Kinzoku kasai)
The letters distributed were addressed to each nation's capital respectively but contained a suspicious return address: Old Parliament Hill once utilized by the former Canadian State, but now retired by the American occupation.
However, even more peculiar were the contents of the letter which detailed the existence of a clandestine organization calling itself the Northern Republic Party(NRP) whose focus is the establishment of an independent Canadian state. The NRP discloses it seeks support from the respective foreign powers in the form of financial and material aid to assist in the establishment of a new political party in the Unified American Federation dedicated to its dream of an independent Canada.
In exchange, the organization states it will provide occasional free shipments of goods such as steel, lumber, and gas via their supposed connections in such industries. Alternatively, the group also states that if successful in seceding from the UAF, the newly established Canadian state will actively repay its debt but also go forward into favourable trade agreements with the Nations that assist.
Resting at the bottom right corner of the letter, is a sole phone number written in red ink with the words: "We thank you for your consideration and eagerly await a new partnership"
This could be the start of something very interesting.
