By accepting the first offer, you will lose territory and Sjevre will do whatever it wants with it, including remilitarizing it in the future. Besides, there is no way to truly find out if they will actually pay once you leave those territories. You can't trust Sjevre.
By accepting the second offer, your Empire will become more isolated and will make you more reliant on Sjevre. This means they will slowly make you a part of them: first, they tell you who should you befriend or not. Then, they control your foreign policy. And, in the end, they make you a protectorate. Very typical.
By accepting the third offer, Rusnia will basically become a colony of Sjevre. Needless to say, this should be an obvious "NO".

Vantier will assist. However, we would like Greater rutan to be invited as well, instead of Potenzia. Potenzia's presence in Africa will decline as time goes by, while Greater Rutan's will only increase. Not only that, but we wish to limit European presence in Africa. Das viertes kaiserreich is very relevant in Africa, so not inviting them would be a mistake, but that doesn't apply to Potenzia. Not only is Potenzia a European colonial empire, but they aren't important enough (in Africa) to be worth inviting.

The first one is a big fat no because I won't give up my land, the second one is a no to because after I do that you may try to take my land, and the third is No because I won't be your colony
