Marvis`s military file is overflowing with commendations and stories of bravery. Staying on even after his compulsory term was up he spent a majority of time serving with a special forces unit who`s actions are mostly classified. Spending the majority of his post special forces career as a Military Intelligence officer his entrance to the ministry only occurred in recent years. Originally only sitting on councils for matters of defense and intelligence he has consistently taken steps for more and more power. Having a specific interest in foreign affairs, militarising and nationalizing the police force, and just more aggressive policies in general.
