Decided to keep this region afterall.
Need to make the founder a bigger nation.
Embassy Policy:
Open to most embassies
Of course, there are a few regions that I cannot honestly accept an offer from.
Embassy Policy is now changed
1. This is an ORACLE styled region
Only the embassies that I control, ranked in order of the update, located closest to this region shall have an embassy offer accepted
ALL OTHERS ARE CLOSED
2. Due to the tools from the region of Texas not functioning, RULE 1 will not be strictly followed as per OUTSIDE EMBASSIES
ANY outside embassy received and noticed will be ACCEPTED
What is an "Outside Embassy" (that is an embassy with a region that I do not control).
