Good Afternoon Regions & Nations with embassies with the Andromeda Galaxy Coalition!

Please help me in my process to find the correct formulas in establishing a functioning region by stopping by the AGC and voting in our recent poll.

Is there anyone online right now?
We need to start deploying cures soon.

Okay
I've gotten most of the larger nation to at least below 2 billion infected, most closer or lower than 1.5 billion
And the smaller nations are at ~1 billion or fewer infected

I can't keep this up forever... mostly because without someone helping I'll eventually be overrun as you can't fire cure missiles at yourself and I can't stop researching The Cure since we need that for region wide cures.

Got to take a break for a bit. Hand's getting sore

I've gotten everyone but me to near or below their Hour One infection rate

Everyone but me should be below 1 billion infected now.

Everyone but me down to below 400 million infected
That means that I have more than 50% of the all infected in the region within my borders.

Below 200 million each.
My own keeps climbing higher.

I've gotten all of your nations below 100 million infected
Have to get some rest

If any of you get on, please do The Cure research and start lobbing cure missiles at me.

Currently getting everyone else below 50 million infected

Also I've done the math. I've got 9, maybe 10 hours before the zombies completely overrun me.
The event lasts 16 more hours.

All of you are now below 40 million infected
Not only am I more Zombie that Survivor now, but the dead are starting to pile up.
I doubt I'll be able to survive the remaining 11 hours even though the infection rate is slowing.

Well
About 13% of my population survived.

Will duel power blasters and a jet pack be enough to defeat the cybernetically enhanced super soldier ?

That’s up for you to decide!

Hey bois; Disco are you the only active one here?

I'm still fairly active. I mean, I was the only one doing the Zombie event on Halloween.
Still a little peeved about that since I lost all but 13% of my population.

What's your opinion of the Prime Directive? Should authorities take more active measures to prevent the exploitation of more primitive cultures? Is there need for a specific authority to prevent criminal use of time travel?

The Prime Directive is overall a good philosophy that prevents cultural destructions and under most conditions helps remove a major ethical burden from starship captains. It also normally allows for active protection of less technologically advanced cultures from exploitation by other species and from certain natural disasters if the existence of non-native sapient life can be hidden from the local population.

There are specific authorities to prevent the criminal use of time travel, but they were founded well after the 24th century when special temporal sensors were invented that let them scan for time travelers and changes in history without having to actually be near the event in either space or time.

It's a little slow here, but there's usually people here if something interesting is going on.

Sorry about missing the Zombies outbreak - I think I had something else going on at the time.

We've had trouble figuring out things to keep people interested.

I agree with Stjerne about the Prime Directive.

It seems like the Prime Directive does allow for preventing exploitation of more primitive cultures. A police force for preventing exploitation would be possible, but politically dangerous. It would need to be kept quiet if it existed.

I've never looked into the rules regarding time travel, so I have no idea if they are adequate.

It's fine. It was just frustrating at the time, especially since there was zero feedback from anyone else at the time.

I should really tell the Chancellery staff that my relatives can't simply invite themselves in when I'm meeting with MPs, the Chief of Staff and diplomats. Just today, my precocious niece offered her unsolicited opinion on a matter of public policy. Shortly after that, my nephew thought he had some brilliant idea about public broadcasting.
Blood is thicker than water, but these constant interruptions are ridiculous. How do you deal with your nieces and nephews?
I can't disown them, but they shouldn't just assume that Uncle Chancellor will grant them special privileges. I send them Christmas presents, for Violet's sake. Isn't that enough?

I have similar problems, I've tried tell my nieces and nephews it's inappropriate, but it does no good. At least none of them have started taking diplomacy into their own hands like Billy Carter...

They like being on TV, so I send them out to keep the reporters busy if I don't want to talk to them. I'm still trying to figure out why the press thinks I'm having an affair when I'm not married!
