I am Miku Nakano, leader of 
Discrimi Nation. I decided to take my time and "discriminate" this region, either because of its influence or because of it being featured.
The RMB is not that active, but atleast there is some human interaction in the past months.
The RMB does have some activity, but it isn't that recent.

There is plenty of embassy activity.
5.75/10 maybe? Of course low activity in the RMB affects the vote.
