"that wouldn't be natural" people are born with it wth do you think is natural? Most of human life is born from human desires and human innovation. The lives that we lead come from going away from nature. In a disease pandemic, nature's way of dealing with disease is to let the weak die, and if what is left isn't a stable breeding population, the species goes extinct.

Also, there have been innovations such as hormone therapy, surgery and others that have made it possible to shape the human form. Granted, they can't do the same things as regular parts, but they can exist.

No, naturally that happens when we come along with age, she is still a women because she was born a women. She was fertile before but can’t now, that happens with humans. She still can’t reproduce even if she wanted to.
