Look and Behold as H Y D R A conquered this land with salt and fire. Look on our Works, ye Mighty, and despair! These lands, barren and lifeless, shall henceforth be raider territory, cold and empty as the grave.

Once a hallowed hall of learning, this region is now a husk serving as a reminder why class regions shouldnt be raided as Hydra Command learned during their youthful rookie days (Dont guess passwords kids, and dont make raiding decisions right before update while drunk).
