Alright, I Googled it, and apparently being a delegate has something to do with the number of endorsements you have. So I guess you should withdraw them from me so Sirian can regain the position.

hi again

The Druidic Council would like to report that Utquiagvik is now Foreign Officer and I'm now foreign office.

Utquiagvik and An landlocked

No, Utquiagvik is Home Officer. :P (I am perfectly okay with the Druidic Council doing this. Muchly!)

Excuse me, I am sleepy. Utquiagvik has been confirmed as home officer, and I'm foreign officer.

I just had an idea for a really awful science-fiction disaster movie.

So you know how the metric system is supposed to be based on no physical objects? Well, that is true for every unit except for the kilogram, which is based on a perfect sphere of silicon-28. Now imagine a world in which that sphere does actually have the power to change what a kilogram is if it was manipulated, and by destroying it, you change the definition of a kilogram, causing chaos worldwide.

HOT TAKE ALERT:

The new Minecraft moderation system is not going to be the 1984 totalitarian nightmare system everyone is freaking out about. From what I've seen, it seems to be a near-identical copy of Roblox's moderation system, which is already an indication it's going to be something we will all learn to ignore in the next year or so. At most, it will be particularly strict for the first few weeks as a "show of force", but it will slowly lose its teeth as it becomes obvious such a state of affairs is unsustainable.

If it was changed people would be overweight

Anyway hello friends, I have just become Prime Minister elect over at the LDA and with N-Day fast approaching and we are about to begin prepping over at the LDA. I was curious if you guys were interested in once again cooperating as reinforced in the treaty. I look forward to speaking to any of you on the topic.

Have a great day!

You just talked.

I intend to hold a cabinet meeting later this week. In the meanwhile, I seek sponsorship for the Electoral Superamendment:

Author: Cousethii 2. Sponsor: Sirian. Type: Constitutional amendment.
  1. Purpose: This bill expands membership of the Druidic Council to all previously-eligible citizens, eliminates Council elections, and consequentially removes all constitutional references to the Council acting "in legislative session." It extends all remaining elections from one day to three days, extends the Head Judge's term by three weeks, and clarifies a provision about ballots in elections which do not rank candidates. It simplifies the procedure for Council bill proposal and clarifies the nature of bills.

  2. Longer elections:

    1. Article II.2 of the Constitution shall be amended to read "The Head Minister shall manage the Cabinet and may appoint a Home Officer and/or a Foreign Officer. The Head Minister is elected by the citizens of Celtia on the 9th, 10th and 11th of every January, April, July, and October. All citizens other than the High Judge have the right to stand to become the Head Minister of Celtia."

    2. Article V.2 of the Constitution shall be amended to read "The High Judge shall manage the Judiciary, and shall be elected by the citizens of Celtia every 17th, 18th and 19th of January, April, July, and October. All citizens who are not Cabinet members have the right to stand to become the High Judge of Celtia."

    3. Article VI.2 of the Constitution shall be amended to read "The World Assembly Delegate shall be elected by the World Assembly nations of Celtia every 25th, 26th and 27th of January, April, July and October. All World Assembly nations in Celtia have the right to stand to become the World Assembly Delegate of Celtia."

  3. Druidic Council expansion: Article IV of the Constitution shall be repealed, all other Articles renumbered accordingly (although all references to an Article in this Superamendment shall refer to the numbers associated with those Articles immediately before its passage), and Article III of the Constitution amended to read as follows:

    1. The Legislative Branch of Celtia shall be known as the Druidic Council, with the responsibility of creating, amending, and repealing the regional laws of Celtia. (A proposal may create and amend; create and repeal; amend and repeal; or create, amend and repeal Celtian law at the same time.) The Druidic Council shall be comprised of Councillors, and every citizen of Celtia (apart from the Head Minister and High Judge) shall be a Councillor.

    2. During the first three days of every January, April, July and October, the Council must elect a Council Head. The Council Head shall announce the start and end of debating periods and voting periods on proposals in the Council, along with the results at the end of each vote. The Council Head shall also publicly announce the passage or failure of proposals on the Regional Message Board of Celtia.

    3. All citizens have the right to author proposals to be presented to the Druidic Council. Every proposal must be sponsored by a named Councillor (who may be the author of the proposal) and must have its text entirely contained inside a dispatch, which must be telegrammed to the Council Head (by both the proposal author and their sponsor) in order to be presented to the Druidic Council.

    4. All proposals submitted to the Druidic Council must be debated for 3 days and voted on for another 3 days immediately afterwards. All voting Councillors in the voting period must state whether they are for, against, or abstaining from voting on the proposal being considered.

    5. Proposals which do not affect the constitution may pass with a simple majority of voting Councillors. Constitutional amendments may only pass with a 2/3 majority of voting Councillors.

    6. No proposal submitted to the Druidic Council may be edited whilst being debated or voted on by the Druidic Council. However, proposals may be removed from the Council during the debating or voting period by the proposal's author. The Council Head must additionally remove all proposals being debated or voted on by the Council which are ruled illegal by the High Judge.

    7. The Head Minister and High Judge may only take part in a particular debate in the Druidic Council if they are sponsored by a Councillor, who must publicly inform the Council of their sponsoring, to so participate. Only Councillors, however, have the right to vote in the council.

  4. Amendments to reflect permanent council session:

    1. In Articles II.3, II.5, II.6 and II.8, the words "in legislative session" shall be replaced by "as soon as possible after being appointed."

    2. Article II.9 shall be amended to read "In the event that the Druidic Council votes against approving either a Home Officer or a Foreign Officer, the Head Minister shall nominate another citizen for the Council's consideration."

    3. Article VIII.8 shall be amended to read "In the event that the Head Minister, World Assembly Delegate, or High Judge resigns or is removed from office, a new election for the vacant post is to occur. That election shall begin 7 days after the vacancy arises and last for 3 days."

    4. Article IX.3 shall be amended to read "No citizen shall serve in any one position created by this constitution, other than as Councillor, for longer than 2 terms in succession. However, this does not prohibit citizens from serving in a non-Councillor position for a total period of 3 or more terms."

    5. Article IX.4 shall be amended to read "This Constitution may not be repealed except without the support of a 4/5 majority of voting Councillors in 2 separate votes, which shall commence between 60 and 90 days apart."

  5. General amendment to Celtian election law: Article VII.3 of the Constitution shall be amended to read "Alternative Vote will be used for Head Minister, High Judge, and WA Delegate elections. Citizens must vote in these elections by ranking candidates in order of preference on the 'Celtia Voting Altar' Regional Message Board, and no ballot may be counted if it does not contain such a ranking or is not cast in the Celtia Voting Altar."

  6. Extension of Head Judge terms: Article V.5 of the Constitution shall be repealed.

Any Mods here?

I love the part in American Psycho where Patrick Bateman goes “it's American psychin’ time” and he American psychs all over Jared Leto.

Good Evening!

I'll like to initiate the first cabinet meeting, sorry, if this is not as lengthy as you want it, I prefer to write lengthy college essays, not lengthy NS essays. I'll like to propose a winding down of Celtia. As you know, Harkagrad is the founder of the region. They're missing in action and as you can see, Utquiagvik and I, have not been installed officially in our roles as Home Officer and Foreign Officer. Ideally, the perfect transition is to move this region, to someone who is more active. The activity level of our current founder is lacking. I don't want this to end like Lorania, but we must face facts here. This is open to all citizens, but I'm drawing certain attention to my fellow cabinet members.
