I know that a lot of people including me have spent a bunch of time into this RP, but honestly, now this might sound like I'm trying to fly this off as a "oooh you dont like RP when it doesn't go your way" type thing, but honestly even if I win the Civil War, it won't really change anything other than a big civil war happened with a major power. What I'm really saying here is that maybe it would be kinda cool to restart a new RP, but id leave it up to a referendum and ideas by the public because, who am I to dictate what happens since I resigned from MoRP.

And honestly, I've been having second thoughts about resigning but I knew it was for the best to put someone who could put time into the RP administration to run the show.

However, that doesn't mean I wouldn't be disinterested in running again. (Obviously not in the next cycle)

I understand your concerns for having an RP burn. Andy, aor of what hapend in the RP was gone off the rails cause of ambitious lore and just plain stupidity of some players. But there are other ways for you to be part of the RPers and not have to resort to restarting the whole thing. Take Ari's side RP for example. I find it a very great alternative to the Main RP, and it gives you alot of new options for storytelling and stuff.

If the issue for not of you on restarting the RP is "The lore" and how because of everything that has happens its hard to make a functional RP storyline, i think I can help with that. I'll share my ideas later

I get your point, but like Ari's side RP doesn't change the main RP's lore or the fact that it's messed up and tangled.

I don't think continuing the United States' path in this RP will help at adverting the disasterous lore that I managed to make out of it, playing 1950s America instead of 1850s America is what set this United States downhill. Maybe a restart would be beneficial, maybe it wouldn't be, up to the RPers solely.

Seems like I really got you down in the dumps with my tearing apart of your RP. Again, sorry if it sounded like I was completely tearing it apart with no real rhyme or reason.

I want to fix America but I have to win this civil war which will consume most of my RP energy.

I kinda know how but at the same time, it's the United States, it's through a process which makes me want to give up and just try to hope there's a new RP on the horizone.

I mean if we try and advertise this RP to other regions it won't look too appetizing ngl, if we want to increase the number of non-Callistan RPers. I think the civil war is honestly a fine idea but ultimately it won't change the trajectory of the RP. If a RP is dying, trying to get it back via a war usually doesn't work in the long run.

I mean you COULD just split the US. Have the first nations be an option, have the socialists be an option, the confederates and federalists etc. But that's just my opinion.

That's honestly why I am advocating - well not really advocating but proposing a RP referendum to maybe pick a new way to go, up to Rhenzern and honestly if people want to keep it then I'll respect it like I've done in the past.

I don't want to boot Ferneus out of the RP, he doesn't want to boot me out.

And, we don't have that many players remaining in this RP so maybe that's a sign, idk.

I want a new Rp with a plain blank map so I can create my own lore

I personally think that it's salvageable and I'd have to see the alternatives proposed before voting for a new one.
