I apologize for not screening the embassy proposal thoroughly enough and in doing so enabling a raider organisation to potentially recruit more aggressors.

Apparently it wasn't just enough to recruit on our region. Instead of leaving it there, the recruiters decided to keep on spamming us, despite being asked to let it rest.
I disabled the option that embassy regions can post here for as long as our embassy with the harrassing region is not fully closed. All puppets from that region will be banjected on sight.
