Because communism is an utter failure.
But who said it has to be communist, there are such things as socialism or anarchy or many other systems of the sort. I can see where you find Communism a failure but i believe otherwise. I personally believe that Stalin was a good leader and he did justified things, it was just the destalinization that killed the Soviet Union.
