During this time until the first election, Neo-Libralis has been made the Chief Justice since he was the leader of North Valhaven. He will carry out the actions of the Chief Justice set out in the constitution (Article III, Section 1-2 and Article V, Section 1) until the election of a new one once the senate and government has been formed.
