Lycantine's Stance on the following World Assembly Resolution:

"World Environmental Treaty"

One of the core tenets of the nation of Seneca has been to protect and maintain the environment, and to uphold Mother Nature as the guardian of mankind. Today the Federation this nation is a part of continues to dedicate itself to the protection and preservation of the natural, emphasized, and emboldened by the Plains of the Wolf, a massivr 15km diameter dome that houses an ancient biosphere made up of plants that were salvaged and saved from offworld seed vaults left behind by the predecessors.

Lycantine supports this resolution not only because it mirrors the Anegana Agreement's own environmental policies, but because it ensures that the sovereignty of individual nations are maintained. Not just in the fact that it only recommends and considers, but to ensure that any action a member state conducts does not directly harm the environments of other member states.

Furthermore, the interregional and international cooperation outlined in several points which dedicates itself to the protection of the environment is exactly the type of cooperation that the nation of Lycantine is founded upon, and we are pleased to see such an institution used for the protection and preservation of our world's most sacred treasure: itself.

In conclusion, Lycantine strongly recommends that the nations of Anegana vote in favour, and should it pass, ratify and approve World Assembly Resolution "World Environment Treaty"
