I'm not familiar with this region, but as far as it's being "fascist," your definition of fascism is outdated. It is no longer a "far right" philosophy. Your stated characteristics of "authoritarian political ideology characterized by forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, subordination of individual interests for the perceived good of the nation, and strong regimentation of society and the economy" most definitely describes the far left agenda of USA President Biden.
