Why do you believe that moving TFI's population to The Republic of Cyland - a region that had no serious government for eighteen months, did not even exist (as TRoC) until this weekend, and currently has no nations that are not your puppets - would be more conducive to recruitment than keeping TFI in TFI?

2. Did you (or your government) attempt to recruit for TFI at all after reopening it? The region has been stuck in the 15-20 nation zone since mid-September.

3. Of all the regions in The Titan Alliance that could have been permanently closed, why TFI?
