Sheepy Hollow wrote:*At some signal, imperceptible to any being outside the herd of sheep, one of the sheep wanders over to the bulletin board and devours the previous question. Taking longer to chew it this time, as though particularly relishing it's destruction. As before the paper is almost immediately replaced, this time with some brand new writing upon it, in a particularly ornate script:*

"unOFFICIAL QUESTION OF THE DAY: You are throwing a party to celebrate your birthday, you have invited most of your guests and cannot exclude any of those already invited. There is only room for three more people at your table, and you have four more people to potentially invite:

Sir Percival of Berg, a rowdy pirate captain who is known as the scourge of the seas. He is known to be very fond of parties and would take any lack of an invitation to one, particularly while he is in port, to be the gravest kind of offense.

Merida, a druid in the nearby forest, she has often stopped by your homestead and assisted in the growing of your garden. It's uncertain if she would take offense at not being invited, but if she does, her displeasure could mean the withering of all your lands.

Chauncey, the Court Wizard. While his status as Court Wizard would not normally necessitate an invitation, he is known as the most extravagant and magical gifter in the kingdom, and not inviting him would almost certainly sour your friendship.

or

Your Mother. She loves you very much, and has never missed one of your birthdays before. In fact she's almost certainly already begun the monthlong journey from her homestead to your own. She would probably understand that you couldn't invite her, but she would be very disappointed that she couldn't celebrate with you.

Which would you exclude from your party, and why?"

*The sheep stares up at the paper and shakes its head bleating softly, in a way that seems to indicate that these prompts are getting increasingly more ridiculous, before it wanders off to rejoin its herd, grazing nearby.*

I would just ask Sir Percival to wait at the entrance while Chauncey increases the size of the table.
