Diplomacy

Rustam Akbar Toshev, who has been Grand Vizier of the Khaganate since 2070, will attend Madrid in person for a diplomatic visit. The Vizier will be most interested in hearing what the Latins have to say. The Latins should not be disappointed that Nursultan himself will not be there, since the Vizier is officially responsible for all matters of diplomacy.

IMO threatens European nations

The Islamic Movement of Ozbekiston, a Sunni Islamic terrorist group that the Basmachi government of OKK is trying to eradicate, has released a mostly-empty threat to turn Europe into an Islamic continent under Sharia law. "Caliph" Yusuf Abdullayev promised "an endless riot of terror from the legions of Jihad" until this goal is met. He also threatened "to spill oceans of blood until the global empires of Western decadence have been overthrown".

While this is all ridiculous, the IMO does have the capacity and capability to launch terrorist attacks across the globe, so Nursultan, Khan of Khans, has asked the nations of Europe to ramp up security measures.

The Khaganate regrets the power that terrorists hold in the south of the country and hopes that, God willing, they may one day be eradicated.

Counter-migrations

Anatolian Turks have been returning to Central Asia in droves over the last few years, so much so that they now make up 5% of the population. With the destruction of Istanbul exacterbating this crisis, the Turkish population of Central Asia is expected to increase threefold to 15% in the coming years.

The refugees are being taken in and cared for the by the government, which doesn't mind our Turkish cousins returning to their homeland at all. Other Turkic peoples, such as Gagauz and Magyars, are also invited to return to Central Asia.
