In the noisy and busy streets of Aleppi, the Shaamistani nation's capital, lay sections of abandoned factories, a reminder for older people of Shaamistan's gold age, old factories once producing cheap and affordable consumer goods, military prodiction was at it's height, and factories where cars for families would be made, for the Shaamistani nation it was like nothing could stop them during those times, but now, they we're now abandoned, and when the factories closed, the people working in them became unemployed, as the economic crash begun, bank panics, and the collapsing money supply wasn't helping either, the people didn't know how such a fall could happen, especially with their "golden age" still at that time, but the most commonly agreed fact was that the government thought closing factories and laying off people would help, it did the opposite, but even though Shaamistan's golden age had ended, now as war came, these old factories would be opened once again, repaired and refurbished for military production, streamlining ammunition, guns, equipment, and vehicles for the military, and rearming units faster, and with the army reserves being all but ready, the 20 Shaamistani divisions had now trained and formed an additional 3 division, totalling to about 23 divisions.

South of Aleppi city, was the Latarku naval base, it was the main base of operations and headquarters of the Shaamistani Navy, space big enough for over one hundred warships, rows of ships on it, shipyards which could build as much ships the republic could want, and endless amounts of soldiers lay on its premises. Atleast, it used to, It was in disrepair now, large swaths of its vast complexes falling into decay, a stark and painful reminder for the soldiers and sailors at the base on how far the republic, after decades of neglect, had fallen. This place used to be the home of the most prized naval assets of the republic's once famed navy, once arguably one of the most powerful fleets in the continent, was but a mere shadow of itself, but now, and when war broke over the fallen republic once more, the old base roared to life, with renewed funding reaching over 101 Million Shaamistani Pounds, 4x as much as previous funding, the old base's shipyards, cleared of rust and stain, had begun to build ships once more, from it had began construction a few days after Shaamistan's involvement in the Scienzion war, and now, the old base had built 2 new frigates, and an ongoing cruiser, despire it's age, the shipyards of old were now ready to prove themselves for war again, it had served the republic well in it's previous wars, it would serve well again today.

Out west in the country, lay arrays of radar systems, once backbones of the Shaamistani home defense, these used to be accompanied by SAM sites, AA batteries, and either CIWS batteries on land, or SPAAGs, and though some SAM and AA batteries were still operating, most of the radar infastructure now lay in waste, some Radars even still being from the 80s, making them outdated, Home defense had always been a priority for Shaamistan, as being an island had it's strategic advantages, and with the modernization of warfare, it wanted to push that, while countering enemy modernization, but after the previously mentioned economic crashes, and eventual collapse, the home defense radar network has been left in disarray, but with the war, the home defense network was to be revived, SAM and AA sites were to be expanded and new sites to be opened, SPAAGs, though old were redeployed and rearmed, though the radars would take some time to be changed and modernized, it would come soon enough.

If TL;DR, recap of important things:

1. I have 3 new divisions

2. I have 2 new Frigates

3. I am increasing my production of all war materiel

4. Home defenses are being reactivated

OOC: I did this to RP for my Industrial revitalization, and to also worldbuild, on how Shaamistan was once a stable democracy, and how strong it was, until government and economic mismanagement led to a eventual collapse of the economy and allowed the rise of a Dictatorship and radical parties like the Shaamistani National Party (Bashar Asad's party) today.

Wow! This is amazing! It’s clear you worked really hard on it!
