Licano will probably never be back at the level it was in its peak, (like 1 year and a half ago) after all, I never was that much active. But I profoundly refuse to let the UEC to die or be stagnated in the current state.

In short, I'll start writing to keep this region from going extinct. Some help would be much appreciated :3
