The Unovian Government sends an observational team to watch The Culture settle into the agreed upon area following seeing the Culture Starships. This observational team is the basis for a new company that has already been purchased by the Unovian Tech Company, The Zealandian Research Incorporated (ZRI), whose mission is to create 2 bases. With these bases, the Unovians and Culture will study the Flood and other related Research.
