Ok, solution to the pug problem: we need to procure the interstellar object Oumuamua, carve it into the shape of a bone, spray paint all 1,440 feet of it off-white, and dangle it in front of the pug by means of multiple satellites attached to it with cables. We then boost the satellites towards Lazarus, and bam; the pug is their problem now.
