The first ship of Yaulhualoya, the YWS Xocoyotl, has been made. The nation has kept this a secret for long, in hope the ship doesn't get copied, or sunken.

Huitzitl I has said this:
"The piece of scum that dares to even threat the Xocoyotl, our first and ever-holy ship, will be reduced to a sea. A sea of blood."

He is a very diplomatic and pacifist leader. But no options are there if Xocoyotl gets hit and sunk.

TyGon Ji commends Huitzitl l on his country's achievement. "Even a pacifist can create a beautiful vessel of destruction. There is no limit to what someone does to protect those important to them."

Many rumors of TyGerrian naval personnel preparing to scout the Xocoyotl, even though TyGon and other military officials deny it. Here is the president's official response to the rumors, "My fellow TyGerrians, I wish not to anger the Yaulhualoyan people nor harm the beautiful ship they have made. This is just a training exercise of course. We must be experienced fighting in foreign waters. But if the Xocoyotl decides to interrupt, our forces will gladly test how holy that ship is." No further comments were made.
