My take on the whole matter is that any measure to fill up key Regional positions is strictly of an ad hoc, interim nature. No repeats; a "one-off", if you will. Once we have all determined that we are more stable than at present, the Regional government can conduct its business in the more conventional fashion in accordance with the law. Any interim provisions can be repealed and superseded by future legislation once the critical phase of our situation is passed.
