As for the eligible nations, well theoretically, the regional congress will be the one affected if one or two of the members will run and be elected. Well, with that everything is still tentative... but if such a situation happens congress can call for an election to suffice the numbers.

I believe Congress has the power to pass the law identifying the frequency and nature of election as per the constitution. The sudden inactivity of Emperio Maharlika is our case in point. We are losing our core members as we speak, and we need to pool in all available talent we have in our rebuilding. I think Seludong and Republic of Bukidnon are on board this as well. All we need is your ratification. We can elect a new set of officials with a term of, say, one year, eligible for reelection until a new law is passed.
