General Heinrich Muller and his remaining Infantry Divisions had been ordered to appoint Commander Juan Perron as the President of the Federal Republic of Argentina, a new protectorate meant to be freed next year. Muller's troops had encountered the Communists just 12 km from the city, injuring Commander Perron and killing several of the Argentine Cabinet Members, this devastation had caused Perron to turn against Herr Muller, killing him and his men and declaring the Empire of Rio de la Plata, which will be ruled from Buenos Aires. The Empire then massacred the remaining Spanish troops and their family within the country and attacking their neighbors, including the United Brazillian States of the Republic of Brazil, which had been a close ally of Spain since their independence.

The Dominion of the Philippines

After a decade of being a Commonwealth, the Imperial Government of the Philippines had been replaced with a much more local one, the Dominion of the Philippines. Headed by a Major-General and Statesman, Gregorio Del Pilar as the Prime Minister of the Dominion. This new nation will be based at the Pearl of the Orient, Manila.
