The Jacobites  were like "Let me just take the white X shaped Cross and the blue background from the British flag and...there we go. Good as new. SCOTLAND FOREVER" (Except the Scottish said that war cry fighting on the side of the British at Waterloo.)

Add the fact I'm mostly French and it's very interesting, the history of my ancestors seeing that flag.

Overall I like the British. I may joke about them but I like their country. (Yes I get it Britain did bad stuff in history, I'm Irish we know, but I can still appreciate how great their country is can't I?)
