(1)-Most nation's(see the laws for the nations that do not) Armed forces will be brought to the latest standard, and integrated into the Martis Urbean Armed forces.
(2)-I, Martis Genesius the Emperor accept the idea to create a Champion of Agriculture(This will work like Cardinales with education).
(3)-I, Martis Genesius the Emperor accept the idea to create a Champion of Healthcare(This too will work like Cardinales).
Cardinales is the Superintendent, it is his job to set the education standards of the Empire(All our Public Education funding goes to him).
