Region: The Grand Imperial Alliance

The former Sultan has now been contacted by Husaynstani government forces, and a deal has been brokered by Khan Eren himself. The Sultan will offer information on SSF troop movements and their weak points, and the government will protect his life. This information is top secret, but is shared with the TNA and Backatri government in hopes that they will follow along with the deal. Despite Al-Jabir now being a significantly larger threat, with their near 80,000 troops and excellent training compared to the SSF's around 24,000, most with minimal training, the Husaynstan government wishes to destroy the SSF so that it can fully focus its attention on Al-Jabir.

A vein is opened to the warlord Ahmed Zikiri and his private army, in hopes of using them to help fight Al-Jabir, who has already taken a hostile position to him. Negotiations here are volatile, but the Khan thinks it may be a step forward to victory and peace if they are successful.

In other news, the new Khan Eren Uzun reveals that unlike his cousin, he is a Shiite. This is major news, as the state religion makes it known that it is the Sunni interpretation of Islam that is accepted by the government, and on top of this, Shiites only make up 5% of Husaynstan's population. Uzun says that he plans on repealing Sunni Islam as the state religion, to be replaced with the broader Islam. Meanwhile, this announcement further emboldens Al-Jabir's extremist mission of destroying the other sects of Islam as well as all other religions, and they attract other like-minded individuals at the Khan's announcement.
