After receiving the missive from Russia and Minister Kanji forwarding it to both a delegate under his top office; as well as to Madame Chancellor Sheng whom was perplexed by the request. It was however pointed that though she was in many ways simply an administrator the Chancellor was at times required when asked to lead a delegation team rather than just having MFA sending a delegate. The only objection the Chancellor had really given was that her skills had in that field where rusty. It was alleviated however when she was promised a crash course refresher should she truly need it. It was also decided for the sake of civility that Ghouls and the eccentric trade agreement with UAF be not mentioned unless completely necessary.

With this in mind the Chancellor and her party where soon on a jet for the Russian city of Svetlytopal for the coming meeting and delegate Huỳnh was asked to keep her sunglasses on and if asked to simply say it was to help her sensitive eyes.

Greater Free Macedonia wrote:"My flight was fine, And I got to see the western part of your beautiful country." The president would plainly and politely respond. "I had a wonderful flight, and yes, your country is very beautiful. Oh, and how are you doing if I may ask" She would cheerfully respond with a smiling face.

Rostovsky was quiet for a few moments before replying,
"Well I am alive.", he'd say before giving a chuckle.
"I've invited you here today to discuss rather.. grave matters. Your nation is surrounded by the chaos of former Attika and Russia is willing to support you in potentially expanding.. but there is a catch. Constantinople is to be recognized as Russian territory and it is requested you recognize us as the ecclesiastical and political successor of the former Eastern Roman Empire."

Their aircraft is directed to a nearby Airfield outside the walls of the city.

An ornate carriage then arrived to pick up the delegation, along with an escort of about 20 cuirassiers. They went through the surrounding districts outside the great white walls of Svetlytopal, no building even compared in height to them. The gates of the city then opened and they went through. The city was grand, clean and clean. It wasn't long before they proceeded towards the Saint Nicholas Bridge which led to the Palace of Kir. The Palace was towering, gleaming white with golden decals, reaching into the sky.
Once across the bridge the carriage stopped and cuirassiers left, three red armoured guards then approached, all holding halberds.
"You will follow.", one of them said leading them up towards the doors.

Inside there was more red guards, stationary between pillars or blocking doors. Sheng and Huỳnh passed many robed people who looked like priests yet they didn't look exactly.. christian. Soon they entered the throne hall. As the massive doors opened all the guards turned their heads looking towards the foreigners and across from them was a throne.. it was huge and so was the being sitting in it... the height was unnatural, about 25 ft to be precise... Imperator Konstantin.
Standing near the throne however was a more approachable person, robes of white with gold jewelry and headgear that covered the top of the head including the eyes leaving the end of the nose and everything else visible, it as well was gold with 7 spikey rods coming out of it giving an appearance of a sun. They bore legs of snake usually but due to meeting with foreigners illusion was casted to give the appearance of normal legs though hidden under the robes. They looked female feature wise but they were not.
In their hands was a sceptre, their non-visible eyes looking at the delegation... namely Huỳnh

The Guards leading the delegation then stepped out of the way then left the room.
"I, Iemelian present to thee, Imperator Konstantin II Avvakirskij, heir of the holy blood of Avvakir.", the robed Iemelian said looking at Sheng before they once more shifted their gaze at Huỳnh.. but now speaking.
"I kindly ask you to remove your glasses.. it's quite rude in the presence of pure saintly blood."

Konstantin wore a sort of plate armour, his eyes hidden under a crown/helmet, from under it his long white hair flowed to his shoulders.

"I ask again, please remove them.", he'd request before raising his hand and motioning it towards her face, namely to grab the glasses however he stopped and nodded slowly.
"May I?", he'd quietly ask as the room dimmed, even the sunlight somehow.
"Thou needn't be afraid in my presence, Dark Sun Iemelian, Lord of the Knights of the Darkmoon. If thine shalt not hide thy self.. trust shall be planted for both parties.", Iemelian then tilted his head slightly and smiled.

"Blagoslovi Gospodi tebya i tvoyu sem'yu", Constantine responded, tapping his finger on the arm of his throne before he fell silent again for a time before finally responding.

Huỳnh deciding to take a leap of faith took in a slow breath before complying. If they wanted to do so in the name of trust, then she was in no way had room to refuse particularly as they had just dimed the lights in the place. It was at times like this she wished she would remember to invest in those contact lenses for Ghouls who could not hide their eyes to appear as human as they look. Opening them after removing her glasses the ruby irises practically glowed in the low light while veins around the eyes became visible spider webbing out from the corners of the eyes. She held her breath for the response as few reacted well outside of a few exceptions when it came to the outside world.

Chancellor Sheng glanced back at Huỳnh before she spoke. "Yes, what has happened to our shared neighbor is nothing short of a tragedy. One we in the confederacy aim to help them with in whatever help we can allocate to them."

Xotrayjan wrote:Svetlytopal, The Old Capital

South of Moscow, where the rivers Moskva and Oka met and the Great Lake Kir laid was a grand city with towering white walls and at its center, a great palace that lorded over it all... it was Svetlytopal, the home of the Avvakirids, the rulers of Russia.. yet not since the death of Aleksandr IV had it been occupied. Through the centuries the city stood by not just its walls but its valiant defenders of not just the Army but the Avanguard and the Knights of the Darkmoon. The two orders are fiercely loyal to the Avvakir bloodline and rumor is they are not as christian as the Avvakirids want you to believe.

The gates of the city opened and Imperator Konstantin walked through them. Eyes were on him.. the massive Emperor, the size of some buildings.
He didn't let the stares bother him though. Walking alone he proceeded towards the bridge leading to the Palace of Kir. At the main doors two guards in red armour with pikes looked and momentarily were getting ready to strike.. then they felt it.. they then kneeled, looking to the ground.
As the doors opened Konstantin proceeded until the throne room, at the end of it there it was.. a throne of white stone and gold.. and in front of it a being clad in robes of white with gold jewelry and headgear that covered the top of the head including the eyes leaving the end of the nose and everything else visible, it as well was gold with 7 spikey rods coming out of it giving an appearance of a sun. They had no legs but snakes that elevated them. They looked female feature wise but they were not, for he is the eldest son of the Emperor Alexis II who had passed away in 1958... Iemelian.

Konstantin but a hand on the pommel of his blade, looking forward.
"Fear not.", Iemelian spoke, gesturing his hand out for Constantine to approach.
"For I am Dark Sun Iemelian, Lord of the Knights of the Darkmoon and steward of Emperors. If thou wishes to take thy throne then the city is yours... and we can begin."

Constantine walked towards Iemelian, towering over him.
"I-.. I don't know why I came here... I was hoping to find him here-"

"The young Aleksandr? Thou will not find thee young prince here.", Iemelian interrupted, somehow knowing of Constantine's situation.
"I see thy problem... the Knights of the Darkmoon and the Avvakir Avanguard will be thy sword, shield and hound in these trying times... but I tell you this... perhaps thou looks too far outward.. inward, the circle is where the issue may lay.. interpret that as you will.", Iemelian them said before looking forward, holding on to their sceptre/staff.

Constantine stared before looking down and taking steps up towards the throne.. and sitting.
"I-I need to think.", he'd say as Iemelian nodded, moving in front of the throne, slightly to the right.
50 red armoured Avangard entered, all bowed before the heirs of Avvakir before taking their posts within the hall.

The First Throne had once more been occupied.. and the host of Svetlytopal was awaiting their command.

Svetlytopal, Moscow Oblast, Russia

Constantine stood from his throne and looked down at Iemelian and Iemelian returned his gaze before giving a nod of approval.
Constanine then began walking toward the doors though he was stopped.
"Wait..", Iemelian said as two Darkmoon Knights walked in, both holding cushions one bearing several and another only with two, one big enough for Constantines finger and there was a smaller one.
"Take them.. you may find them useful."
Constantine looked at the rings with interest, the one for him shined silver with an inscription and a single blood red gem, the others however varied in design.
Constantine took his and slipped it on his finger while he took two others, the smaller one by his and one from the assorted.
"Hope thy blade strikes true... Imperator.", Iemelian then gestured his sceptre towards the doors.

Constantine left.. he figured it out, it was all so clear.. so cliche.. so heart-wrenching.. it was time to end it all.

The skies were dark and the moon was full above Moscow. Grand Duke Andrei Mikhailovich, Marshal of Russia.. and Uncle of Emperor Constantine was sitting at a bench in Ivanovskaya Square inside the Kremlin Walls as he did most nights.. he found it peaceful as he read his novels.
"Uncle...", Constantine's voice was heard behind him.. but he knew it, he was there for 10 minutes.
"I could sense you my dear nephew, you've been there for a while, something is troubling you?", he went on to ask.

Constantine lifted his sword and swung it over his shoulder and attempted to strike down his uncle but just in time Andrei leaped out of the way, flipping forward and unsheathing his lightsaber, glowing gold.
Andrei had an unsettled look on his face.. then regret before once more turning straight.
"I'm... I'm sorry it came to this.", Andrei stated as Constantine readied his weapon.
"Why? Why did you do it!? Where is he!?", Constantine shouted with anger.

Andrei then took a deep breathe before replying.
"You're too young.. inexperienced, Siberia, we still don't control it because you don't act.. and you make us seem like fools in matters of diplomacy.. and now in your rage you don't act like a monarch you act like a barbarian, someone not befitting our blood... you should have had years longer to learn from your father.. but for now, it seems like I will have to take the reigns as... Emperor."

Constantine looked... down to the ground then to Andrei.
"Your words are only to excuse your greed... but tell me this, is he at least alive?".

Andrei simply gave a nod as 10 jedi in brown cloaks appeared from the darkness, igniting their lightsabers.
"It ends here, you fight alone.", Andrei stated.

Constantine looked behind himself then forward.
"No.", he simply said as upon the walls 5 Avangard and Darkmoon Knights appeared and jumped down, the Avangard holding onto halberds, the blade lighting with red energy. The Darkmoon Knights however unsheathed their swords, them lighting with blue energy, unlike the red coloured Avangard.. they preferred less heavy weapons and when guns weren't an option they went for their blades of judgement.

There was a silence... then it was broken by the calm voice of Constantine saying one word...
"Charge..."
His Knights then rushed forward meeting the jedi in combat as Constantine rushed towards Andrei, both locking blades though due to the massive size of Constantine's weapon Andrei was having difficulty with actually not falling under its weight which luckily he didn't as he had the force on his side.
Andrei then slid, cutting at the ankles of Constantine but being stopped by the zealous Knights, two of whom Andrei cut down before being kicked by Constantine.
The fighting went on until three jedi remained against three Knights and both Andrei and Constantine continued, Andrei in his age tiring.. until finally the flaming sword of Constantine cut off both the hands of Andrei, blood sputtering from the stubs.

Andrei fell to his knees in shock as the last jedi fell around him.
Constantine kneeled, raising his sword and cauterizing the wounds before taking off his helm and staring into the eyes of his uncle.
"Where is he?", Constantine asked.
Andrei stared at his stubs then at his nephew.
"I-... you bested me.. how can-... theres a settlement near Vladivostok, bandits, you'll find him there... I-.. I'm sorry nephew, I failed you." Andrei then said looking down to the ground.

Constantine then picked up his helm, putting it back on before standing, raising his blade to strike... but then Andrei from his stub emitted a blast of force lighting to Constantine who stumbled back. With that Andrei ran, pursued by the Knights... but they wouldn't catch him.

Constantine didn't care, he was going to get his brother.. he had finally found a lead.
"I'm coming Sasha.", he said to himself.

Several hours later
The settlement was small, perhaps 100 people, mostly bandits and their families living in mobile homes, huts or cabins.. but it'd all be interrupted, a guard tower was struck by the Cannon of a IFV as Imperial Army troopers rushed forward with Avangard amongst their ranks.
Constantine amongst his troops got into the fray, slicing his enemies in two and showing no mercy, no matter man, the old, woman or child they killed them and burned down everything.. the largest building was then surrounded as Constantine broke through the wall, seeing the bandit leader, a bald man in fatigues and eyepatch he rushed, bullets hitting and falling from his armour before grabbing the throat of the leader and lifting him.
"Where?", he simply asked.
"Agh! H-h-h-", the leader couldn't breathe so he pointed towards a door before Constantine crushed his head.

Constantine took a deep breathe as troops rushed into the building, lighting it ablaze. Constantine looked down at his hand and his ring, it lighting up and moments later he was down to 6ft.. a more convenient way of traveling through this building.
Constantine opened the door slowly and saw his brother laying on the floor wearing black robes, his skin pale and his eyes sunken and dark with veins coming from his eyes, mouth and cheeks with more visible on his arms that bore claw like hands.
"P-please.. no.", Aleksandr pleaded.

"Sasha..", Constantine reached out and touched his brothers shoulder.
"I'm here..."
"Y-you came for me?", Aleksandr surprisingly questioned.
"Of course..", Constantine responded.

Aleksandr turned and looked at his brother.. saying nothing more
Constantine then picked him up, holding him in his arms as they left the building.. walking past the dead and the burning buildings.. slowly Constantine turned back to his normal form.

"Together forever brother... remember, that's what we promised each other.", Constantine whispered into his brother's ear.

"And so it is.", he'd say as.. well his legs disappeared and was replaced by snakes, one bringing its head up to the level of Iemelian who proceeded to pet it before it went back down to the floor.
"Trust.", he then said before moving backwards slightly.
"When thou art in presence of mine holiest blood of Avvakir, thy affliction or gift needn't be hidden."

Constantine quickly moved his head to look at Huỳnh, his eyes hidden behind his helm though rather quickly his gaze went back to Sheng.
"Their nation is fragmented, I doubt you could give any meaningful contribution, especially due to their size and population. Surely you must have another plan in the works for restoring some semblance of order to your borders?"

Just try your best, if you want I can give you some suggestions on how to improve a post if you give me an example of what you're going for. Really the only thing you really need to get under your belt is not godmodding, basically don't pull 10 divisions of troops out of nowhere or summon a giant orbital cannon that has never been mentioned anywhere. *cough* Amaabj *cough*

So long as you can do that, and your post is legible. As in, makes reasonable continuital sense you're good.
