Damn

I just finished getting all caught up on the Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia manga; I'm bumping it up from A– Tier to S– Tier, as I'm finding it very interesting. It's not unusual that the translator asks for donations, but it's the first time I've seen one of them ask for donations in support of Palestine; rather appropriate, considering that the protagonist is a Muslim seeking vengeance against those who took over her homeland. I looked into the real Fatima, and... Oof, 'sewing up all of her orifices and dumping her into water' does not sound like a happy ending to me.

Edit: Now, I'm all caught up on the Though I Am an Inept Villainess manga; I still feel like including it in S– Tier, but my opinion of it has certainly improved a lot since reading the manga. I never expected this would happen, but in my top characters list, Keigetsu Shu has risen to No. 12 – she grew on me a lot as I read more of the manga – and Houshun Ran has risen to No. 5 (the second arc – especially Chapter 40 – was what made me love Houshun so much; I'm enjoying seeing her in the third arc as well).

Very nice!

I recently watched the latest Nintendo Direct. I'm most looking forward to Kirby and the World Beyond, being a Kirby fan. I'm interested in Professor Layton and the New World of Steam, being a fan of steampunk. I'm at least curious about the video game adaptation of The Apothecary Diaries: based on what I've read, it seems like a mix of Ace Attorney and Atelier. I'm personally not a Danganronpa fan, but if any of the YouTube gamers I watch do a playthrough of Danganronpa 2×2, I might watch that.

Eternal Anima reminded me of Octopath Traveler (Radiant Historia as well, with all the time travel stuff), I think I'll look into that. I can't say I find the premise particularly appealing, however: progress isn't always a good thing, although different people will find different forms of progress (or 'progress', if they believe it's regression) good, bad, too little, too much, etc. I believe I already talked about my interest in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave and Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter; needless to say, I'm interested in them as well, I love Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Trails.

To roughly quote a particular video: "If your at a place of high quality, French Toast before waffles before pancakes. If your at a place of unknown quality, the hierarchy reverses."
If you have a superb cook, French Toast will always win. If you have only a decent or even bad cook, Pancakes will do better on the grounds they are a lot harder to mess up.
Personally though I do actually prefer Pancakes to Waffles, unless the pancakes are real dry or somethin :L

Something to do with relics, I see... Speaking of relics (or talismans, at least), I almost forgot all about the Eye of Illuyanka; that wasn't even brought up in the latest episode of Red River, despite it being extremely important to the story for the past couple of episodes.

Incidentally, if I've remembered correctly, there's been at least one kiss scene per episode (even in Episode 10, although it was only a flashback); plenty of kiss scenes isn't unusual for shōjo/josei, but this one has undoubtedly set a new record. I initially rather disliked Yuuri as a protagonist and had mixed feelings about this series, but I'm now very much liking Yuuri and this series.

Adwiikhan: Djinama husha iri romani khesha ihe ze.
English: Not much is happening here i see.

Hi everyone

Well, Carlavikay... I'm finally learning about your flag waifu, watching (or at least, listening to) Nico's playthrough of Fate/Stay Night. I'm loving Rin – I find her to be one of the better tsundere characters (sometimes I love them, sometimes I don't really care for them) – but my most favourite character so far is Illya, she might be another No. 1 for me. I'm loving Taiga as well, she's so charmingly amusing. The protagonist is so frustratingly foolish, I feel compelled to facepalm on a regular basis; I'm definitely not fond of him...

But at least he's not absolutely detestable, unlike Shinji Matou; if I were the protagonist, I would've immediately stopped being friends with him after learning that he physically abuses his sister, rather than wait until he [spoilers]. I'm loving Rider though, she's my most favourite Servant that I've seen set yet; I've already seen Archer, Lancer, Saber, Berserker and Assassin, so I believe that leaves just one Servant I haven't seen yet? Mage, was it? The story is a bit too violent for my liking; fortunately, this game is mostly just text with only a few visuals, so I don't need to see any severed heads, disembowelment, etc.
