Ah unfortunately that seems impossible to me. What is the point of losing France and winning Paris? Paris without France is not Paris. Here are other proposals, you give us Paris and we give you Montpellier. Or give us Paris but the region remains your control and that of the French Empire in coordination. We don't want conflict or anything, hope you understand. I remain open to other options.

BLITZKRIEG collects regions. I know of no region collector in the game who casually relinquishes or shares stewardship of their holdings. That said, there's no lock on Paris. Anyone wanting the non-exec delegacy is welcome to it. Everyone is welcome to blab on the RMB. I won't, however, assign Regional Officer power to outsiders.

I understand the desire to collect noteworthy regions and cities, and that few available ones exist in the game. Them's the breaks. You could create "The City of Light" or some other Paris nickname region.
