I thought it was poorly written and dangerously broad. It's definition of disability could put an undue strain on educational support systems and draw resources away from the actually disabled. As the current bill is written, no distinction is made between someone who is missing their little toe and someone who is missing their entire leg. While yes, it should be the duty of the people and their instrument the state to help those who cannot help themselves, that doesn't absolve you from responsibility for self care. If you have a peanut allergy, you need to carry an epipen and avoid peanuts, not everyone else.
