"Arasaka" doesn't exist in this universe unless you mean Arisaka Nariakira, whom developed the Arisaka rifle (not really relevant to the story I want to tell). Wagasa Corporation are the ones that created the RZ-virus and were responsible for the Tsingtao Incident, and now with Keiko in charge of Japan, they will resume their bioweapon research. You can still do your thing in Persia with MANSAB (Wagasa might even indirectly support them) but they aren't going to be a major plot element moving forward as I personally think Wagasa is more interesting than some ISIS wannabes or whatever they're supposed to be.

Sorry I was just playing Cyberpunk. I was thinking that maybe Wasaga could actually take over MANSAB and they do some typa merger as their goals somewhat align

Their goals don't align, they just share a common enemy. I don't even know what MANSAB's goal is. Are they like Islamic extremists or something?

Yes and no. They practice Islam but their main foe is the Yi Empire due to what they see as ‘watered down’ Yi Islam taking over in the region. They want to stop the Yi influence and see the collapse of the Yi Empire. Its less about Islam and more about Yi

Right, and Wagasa just wants to make money developing and selling bioweapons to any person or group that are interested. The Wagasa leadership likely sees MANSAB as a "loyal client", but beyond that their relationship is purely transactional.

Did Vincent die or is he still around

He'll probably stay dead for the foreseeable future unless I get bored one day and randomly decide to bring him back. I have some other characters in mind that will take his place in the meantime. I also feel that if he comes back, that would make Riku and Yi's sacrifice for nothing.

Thats true also

Haruhi Japan wrote:Captured

Ex-Empress Haruhi is sitting down on a swinging bench outside her countryside estate in Kyoto, enjoying the spring breeze and the smell of cherry blossoms cascading in the sunlight. Now in her mid 50s, life just seems to pass her by. She used to be someone of importance but that was long ago, now she had mostly kept to herself, having a personal assistant do all her shopping for her, including her meals. She would only have the best five star chefs in all of Japan prepare her meals fresh, food that would surely be fit for a queen or an empress in this case. She had entirely retired from politics, wanting to get away from all the noise of palace life. She knew her family name would die with her but she simply lacked the ability to have children, she was diagnosed with infertility at a young age. Riku was her one chance to provide an heir to the Japanese throne, even if he was the result of a top secret government research program. But now that Riku was dead, she was all Japan had left.

She spoke to herself. "My oh my, the world is getting worse it seems." She glances at a news article on her phone about the ongoing civil war within the Yi Empire. "You know, if I were in charge of Japan right now, I'd probably be taking advantage of the Yi's weakness and take back what is rightfully ours." She stands up and walks inside her abode. "But alas, that life is far behind me. Now, I sit here and waste away as my body slowly dies. Sounds exciting." She remarks sarcastically while cleaning a few dirty dishes.

Suddenly, she receives a knock on her door. "Kamoto, is that you? Kamoto, you can let yourself in. I'll be waiting by the table for my dinner." She hears no response. "Kamoto?" She slowly walks towards the door. She hears a set of heavy knocks on her door, followed by several men shouting in African. Haruhi falls back in surprise. "This is private property, leave my house at once!" She yells. The men seem unfazed by this and keep pounding on the door before it finally caves in and opens. Several armed men covered head-to-toe with tactical gear, and gas masks to hide their identity, rush into the room. "Oh my god, please don't hurt me!" Haruhi cries out in pain, covering her face in terror. The leader of the group speaks, "Empress, you will be coming along with us quickly now." He says in a thick East African accent. "No! Please!" Haruhi screams as the men pick her up forcefully, carrying her out to a black military vehicle. They stuff her inside the trunk before quickly driving off, fleeing the scene.

Shortly after, Haruhi's maid discovers her to be missing and files a missing person's report to the Japanese government. This causes much instability within Japan as people begin freaking out due to the former Empress's sudden and unusual disappearance. This along with the fact that she is the last member of the Imperial family still alive would leave the Japanese government no other choice but to start searching for her whereabouts. The Japanese government contacts the Yi government for assistance on this case as they believe she was taken outside of Japan, possibly by MANSAB agents.

In the palace

Yianna is playing with the triplets as she recieves an urgent call. Its the assistant YIA Director, Brandon Truliemo. ‘Where is Chung-Li’ he asks. “Idk, somewhere in Yidyah, I don’t got a tracker on her. Why?” ‘Empress Haruhi of Japan was kidnapped.’ “So? That’s Japan’s problem. We have bigger fish to fry.” ‘They believe that MANSAB has taken her my Queen and since we have better international surveillance, we can help them track her.’ “She probably bored them to death” Yianna jokes. “Well I’ll try to contact Chung-Li and get her back to Yi city. As of right now, we have to prepare for a second round with MANSAB.”

I'm just going to keep bombing Afghanistan and not touch Persia.

insert thousands of bombs and missiles systematically reducing every major city in Afghanistan into little more than a lunar moonscape of craters and total destruction

Team Leo was supposed to draft a recruitment telegram for us, but he hasn't been active in a while. So I guess it's up to you and me now.

It's alright, I don't love it personally. I prefer a strong black tea from back home.

We got the Yi Civil War. The war on terror vs a group called MANSAB. Japanese Empress kidnapped by a biotech company called Wasaga Corp. The collapse of the USSFR. You can help write this history out too if you want. Plenty of open spots available in the rp. Just try to be at least semi active in it.

Bloody Tuesday Pt.2 // Novyymoscovia Oblast // UFSSR

As Dimitri enters Solnechnogorsk, near the city of Novyymoscovia, small arms fire breaks out between Federov's and Novikov's forces. Some civilians who had defied Maxim's orders, had joined arms with Federov, bolstering his numbers to around 550, 69 of which being tankers. Maxim Novikov announced a state of emergency in Novyymoscovia and the surrounding oblasts, warning of high unrest and rebel activity. Maxim would also order for 100k troops to be taken from the Soviet east coast and be transferred to Moscow in case things went downhill. As the rebel group entered the city of Khimki, the Rosgvardiya stationed in the Novyymoscovia Oblast was waiting for them, but due to them having no heavy armored vehicles other than a couple IVF's and APC's and and a low amount of anti-tank, they were slowly chipped away by the rebel forces with some being ordered to fall back to Novyymoscovia.

Before a huge fight could break out in Novyymoscovia, Matthew Novikov would make a live broadcast, just like Maxim did a couple of hours ago, calling for an immediate ceasefire between Federov's and Max. Novikov's forces, saying that possibly starting a civil war over something like this would be useless. Matthew Novikov would also invite Federov to discuss possible peace terms between the two parties instead of spilling innocent blood. Federov would agree to the meeting also stating that spilling innocent blood would be useless. Maxim Novikov would become enraged, threatening to kill Federov if he entered the main city. Matthew Novikov would order Maxim to withdrawal his forces from the city or he would be stripped from his position in government. This would enrage Maxim even more.

10 minutes later, Whether it was by Maxim, Dimitri or just some random person, an explosion rocked the Spasskaya Bashnya, almost collapsing the entire thing and sending debris all throughout the Red Square. Matthew Novikov would call for Maxim Novikov to leave central the UFSSR and step down as the Chairman of the Presidium as he suspected it was him, saying that Maxim was a threat to peace in the region and that he would use force if necessary.

The next day, Maxim Novikov would resign from Chairman of the Presidium, giving a quick recorded farewell message expressing how much he loves his country even though it had betrayed him. A military plane would depart from a private airfield near the Moscow Domodedovo International Airport a couple of hours later with an unknown destination.
