The Message Act
The Message Act hereby refers to the following rules regarding the posting of messages in the Regional Message Board:
Double posting is forbidden. Double posting refers to the practice of posting two or more messages in a consecutive manner. Failure to comply with this rule will result on deletion of posts and a public warning. Failure to comply after the first and only public warning will result in an immediate banjection* from the region.
We will not tolerate any bigotry. That includes general LGBT+phobia, racism, misogyny, misandry, fat-people shaming, general OOC** and extreme IC*** shows of nationalism and/or fascism, and others. We will also not tolerate any disrespectful attitude towards any nation, be it resident of the Region or not. Violation of this rule will result in a permanent banjection* without warning.
If the rule-breaker happens to be of a region that has diplomatic ties to our Region, the same amount of warnings may be issued to the rule-breaker. If repeated instances of said rule-breaking occur, the Cabinet of Ministers shall contact the pertaining government agencies on the region of origin of the rule-breaker, and if they fail to apprehend the rule-breaker, all diplomatic ties are to be severed.

The Embassy Act
The Embassy Act hereby refers to the following requirements in order to establish diplomatic ties with our Region, as well as the general rules embassy regions will have to follow in order to keep their embassies open:
The requesting region must be at the very least anti-fascist. If this requirement is not met, it will be instantaneously denied.
In addition to this, we recommend not sending an embassy request if a portion of the requesting region is openly anti-communist, as a significant percentage of our region is left-leaning - from democratic socialists to hardline anarchists. This is not a strict requirement, however, but a mere observation.
The requesting region must not be a puppet storage, unless said region presents itself in an interesting manner (i.e: lore, original puppet nations, some form of government, and some activity in the RMB). In those instances, the Cabinet of Ministers will gather to discuss the opening of embassies, and the current Minister of Logistics (Noneurope) shall send a telegram to the pertinent government officials of the requesting region with some questions.
There is no need to telegram the Minister of Logistics (Noneurope) in order to approve embassies, as if the requesting region fulfills the few requisites laid above we will simply accept the request. However, in case you have any doubt, please contact the Minister of Logistics (Noneurope).
If we detect or get informed about possible site-wide rule breaking, slander against our Region and/or their member states, and other assorted phenomena happening in the requesting region, we will task a volunteer from our Region to join the requesting region and get the pertinent information. Then, the Cabinet of Ministers will decide the course of action, and the Minister of Logistics (Noneurope) is to issue a public announcement in our RMB regarding closure of embassies and diplomatic ties.
If the requesting region does not fulfill the aforementioned requisites, but still wants to open some sort of diplomatic tie with our Region; we strongly encourage the requesting region to request embassies with the Undead Puppets.
The Leadership Act
The Leadership Act hereby refers to the rules by which the Cabinet of Ministers and World Assembly Delegate are to be elected, and what rules they shall follow:
World Assembly Delegate
The World Assembly Delegate hereby refers to the nation tasked with representing the interests of our Region in the World Assembly. These are the criteria for electing a World Assembly Delegate, in addition to some general information about the role:
Any and all World Assembly member nations are elegible for the World Assembly Delegate title and rank. To do so, said member nations must contact the Minister of Internal Affairs (Northern Overture). The Cabinet of Ministers is to elect the World Assembly Delegate following the guidelines lined below:
The elected nation must have spent in our Region at least 2 full weeks, including some activity, be it on the RMB or offsite platforms.
The elected nation must not persecute anti-fascist people within its borders.
The Cabinet of Minister will heavily debate who the elected nation will be, as handing the title to an unreliable nation would constitute a heavy breach of regional security.
The elected nation must contact the rest of the Cabinet of Ministers when voting on a resolution, in order to either inform the Cabinet of Ministers about the decision or to initate a debate about the vote. This does not apply to proposals.
The elected nation will receive the title of General Secretary, which will bestow unto them authority over the appearance, border control, communications, embassies and polls of our Region.
The elected nation will have executive authority.
The elected nation must not violate any of the laws of our Constitution. Failure to comply will result in immediate forced resignation.
Once the next World Assembly Delegate has been elected, the Master Chancellor (Sarthale) will post the results in the RMB as well as telegram the entire region in order to inform the World Assembly members on who to endorse. Endorsing the WA Delegate is not obligatory but it is highly encouraged.
Cabinet of Ministers
The Cabinet of Ministers hereby refers to the ruling body of our Region. Here is a list with all the positions and their role:
Founder / Speaker of the Union (Kastery): The Founder is the most vital role any nation could have in any region, as they have the ultimate authority over any and all says. Our Region is no exception, and our Founder also holds the title of Speaker of the Union as its role is to announce via Telegram and/or RMB any important news; as well as being the supreme entity regarding interregional affairs.
WA Delegate / General Secretary (Langleytopia): Refer to the above section.
Master Chancellor (Sarthale): The Master Chancellor holds the role of a backup ruler for our Region, in the unlikely case that our Region ever found itself founderless and without a WA Delegate. The Master Chancellor also has the task of assuring an unproblematic transference of power between WA Delegates.
Minister of Logistics (Noneurope): The Minister of Logistics is the one tasked with publishing all dispatches related to Regional law and updates, as well as managing all the puppets of all the member-states in case they were outside the Noneuropean Union, and posting some minor regional updates on the RMB; amongst others.
Minister of War (Tenora Basmu): The Minister of War is tasked with any roleplay actions, as well as informing other members of our Region of the written and planned lore for our Region.
Minister of Internal Affairs (Northern Overture): The Minister of Internal Affairs is tasked with dealing with any potential trouble that may arise internally, informing the Cabinet of Ministers of any candidate to the WA Delegate role, and informing our Region about any minor changes to legislation, amongst others.
Goodwill Ambassadors (Spelkagrad & Secundknowium): The Goodwill Ambassadors are tasked with representing our interests in the many regions our Region has established diplomatic ties with, as well as supervising the construction and/or closure of embassies.
The Backup Act
The Backup Act hereby refers to the use of other regions as a backup, in the extreme circumstance where our Region were to be invaded; and how the Cabinet of Minister shall proceed with informing the nations of our Region, as well as the transfer of power.
There exists two possible backup regions:
The Union of Noneuropean Nations by Randoms, shortened to UNNR. The UNNR is the region where a significant portion of the modern day nations of our Region originate from. It was inhabited by approximately 20 nations, was founded by The People's Confederated State of Noneurope, and saw The Socialist Federation of Idontknowium reign for 86 days as the WA Delegate / General Secretary. It is currently overseen by Noneuropa volkesreich.

The Undead Puppets, shortened to UP. The UP currently holds a few puppets that are related to the lore of our Region, as well as random puppet nations that exist merely for fun or whatever other reason the original player may want to create said puppet. In order to join that region with a puppet, the owner of said puppet is to telegram either the Minister of Logistics (Noneurope) or the Founder / Speaker of the Union (Kastery) to get the password.
The UP was founded by The Empire of Mainz-Stanning and holds its own Cabinet of Ministers.
