Guess this one's on me guys.

Listen up, I left you all even though I said I'd take this region and make it something we could all be proud of. Well, I'm back. And, I know that you all probably lost trust in me, but hopefully I can earn it back.

My first order of business is reactivating the Telegram API, which is what allowed me to automatically send recruitment telegrams. Let's try to get this place back on track.
