Can't speak for everyone, but that's not generally our cup of tea. We're a region of roleplayers. "Gameplay," if it can even be called that, is an exercise in futility that's only fun for the raiders. Only way to make them stop is to make the mods ban them, and they're clearly more interested in pandering to the bullies than eradicating them, so...
Most of the time they raid founderless or one-nation places. My NS dream would be to create a region, round up 20 people who'd make WA nations, and just throw their butts out.
