Ordering his food Idasho silently tapped his foot sending out constant suddle shockwaves through the earth and getting bounce backs from those in the room. All was normal save for the deathly pale individual from Sylvania. What Idasho got back from them was nothing except the movement of limbs. There was no rhythm of the heart beating or, the steady in and out of lungs breathing a automatons then?

If so then save for the deathly pale skin this android was a very good replica of a human being. He just hoped the Unovians knew how to properly prepare Sushi.

_{DEATH OF THE LAW}

Bihać was a sh*thole, it had been for a while. Owned by whoever could throw the most money at local law enforcement and government officials, and inhabited by the scumbags who worked for the monopoly men, the city’s decay had been a long lasting affair. Of course, the national government had tried stepping in a few times, mostly waving a finger at the behavior of local officials, but those usually received a “we’ll strive to do better” letter with no change to follow. The only thing that protected people from extortion, murder, or other heinous crimes were local patrols made out of the few good folk who still stuck around. Two main groups existed, the Tihi Patrolni, which was made of former Army men and police officers from out of town, and then there was the Plava Ruka. The Plava Ruka was best described as the discarded afterbirth of Mormons and a nationalist party. Sure they protected the common man, but it came at the cost of having your ear talked off.

One man didn’t like either side, saw them both as taking the right steps, but not making the leaps needed to actually shift the balance of power. He’d been talking with the Plava Ruka for a while though, they had connections that he needed, connections to the right places. Inside his garage he held what he believed could be the city’s saving grace, and all that was missing was the ammunition. On his wall hung an image, a man looking out of the top of the very thing he had behind him, the date on the image read simply ”December 18th, 1945”. A knock on the garage door broke his gaze away from the aged image. The ammo had arrived. Designation BR-365K 85mm APHE. Exactly what he would be needing.

Mayor Divna Tadić was having another great day. Her life was simple, consisting on only agreeing with the ideals of whatever member of the local mob rolled through or sitting back and lounging with a shot of liquor in hand. Being a government official without having to do any actual governing had its benefits. However, her peace was broken when a loud rumbling came from down the road. When she chose to look out of the window, she found herself asking one question: “Why is there a museum piece pointing it’s gun at my office?” This was followed by her frantically fleeing before it could get the chance to answer that question. No more than ten seconds after she had lunged her way out of the room did a 85mm shell rip through the window and smash through the old walls of the building. From the stairwell, she could hear the demonic vehicle rumbling forward again, but this time she stayed put and chose to call the only people who she believed could stop the maniac, the national guard and the mob.

Inside of the old beast, the man began to hear the noise of bullets ricocheting against the armor. It was hilarious in his opinion, the concept of the scum who ran a city that once was beautiful into the ground being powerless to stop their own downfall. A few loud thuds could be heard, the morons outside throwing frag grenades in some attempt to damage the steel beast. These attempts were all to no avail, and instead left the men fleeing as he swung the turret around, firing off the coaxial 7.92mm. After scaring off the first two waves of men, he shifted around the metal capsule once more, making his way to the driver’s seat. Throwing the two levers forward, the 140 year old vehicle shifted forward with great gusto and straight through the front of the building, only stopping once it collided with the metal frame of the staircase, but not before pinning one Divna Tadić between itself and the cold metal I-beams of the stair supports. Exiting the metallic devil through the cupola, the man reached to his side for his revolver, a 1851 Colt. Placing the end of the barrel gently on the mayor’s forehead, he spoke for a brief moment. “I suggest you get in, lest I end up pulling the trigger.”

After escorting the mayor into the vehicle, and securing her hands behind her back with a pair of handcuffs wrapped around the back of the machine gunner’s chair, he took a seat in the driver’s chair once again, turning to the mayor to speak once more. “We’re going on a little road trip me and you, and I’d advise you to not do anything stupid. I’d prefer this stays mostly legal from here on out rather than me having to clear blood off the floor.” A loud grunt can be heard echoing through the interior, Divna trying to wiggle out of the cuffs. “Those aren’t going anywhere, and I’d advise you to get familiar with them for the next four hours.”

"Sophia Lamb a pleasure to make your acquaintance," she said with a quant smile. Taking stock of the others in the room one thing was blindingly clear mainly that she was in a room with only mortals. When one of the servers came around asking about food she turned it down. "Just a glass of wine darling," she said while slipping a paper to the server (O-) was scrawled on it. "You know how Sylvanians like their wine yes," the comment was a rhetorical question.

Unovian Taiwan-Dining & Meeting Room
The Unovian wait staff easily handled the orders of the guests, then returned to the stations where they were. This was the first time many of them had seen the vampires, and the ninja, especially since these were cultures that happened to be very isolationist, and it was rare to get them out to meetings. Still, they did their best to serve the guests that had arrived. There was also concern for the Asian states that had not shown, namely The Guru, who largely represented China and Southeast Asia and of course the British. Most curious was which culture would appear, though it was anticipated that the Indians would make an appearance, it was not known if it would be as part of a larger delegation or as their own voice at the table (Unified Empiricus).

With the majority of Asia being seen as a "wild zone", it was important that the others would make themselves known. For the betterment of the Continent as a whole, it was imperative that the Nations would be willing to form a stabilizing force and put any former animosity aside. All would be discovered as the participants trickled in.

As the Commonwealth delegation arrived in Taiwan they eventually made their way to the location of the Summit where President Stark was awaiting them. While the largest nation being represented by the Commonwealth delegation was India, they were also accompanied by ministers from Ceylon and Singapore, as well as the provisional government of China - which had a larger stake in this than any of them. The Commonwealth was intent on showing the people of China that their right to exist would be defended by Britain and its Allies, hence why the 'big guns' from the Indian Federation were sent.

Upon their arrival, it became apparent that no expense was spared in the delegation, as they had sent as their representative the Governor-General of India himself, Prince Louis Mountbatten. As he was escorted to the meeting room by the Unovian aides his impressive and imposing stature stole the room, reminiscent of his namesake all those years ago.

Oh well Democratic it's half explained in the Castellan factbook. By mentioning the Castellan the elected leader of the Dominion and then the house of Governs and Senate are mentioned in passing. Otherwise anything shinobi is counter intelligence or, black ops. Or in this case VIP bodyguard.

PORTA OLYMPIAE — The landing party would find that while the structure bore some resemblance to a halo in general shape, it was definitely not one. There was no land mass, instead massive canyons carved into the metallic surface, with what looked like some sort of calipers gripping three massive rings embedded into the structure. While the scanners couldn't penetrate the surface of the object, there was no effective jamming at all, in fact a complete lack of signals from the structure, as if it were completely dead.

After some exploring and wandering, the landing party would find what looked to be some sort of vent or hole in the side of the structure. There wasn't a door, instead just a shaft running into the guts of the structure. If they were to get answers, they may need to delve deeper into the structure.

At finding the pit teams where ordered to investigate the depths alongside squads from taskforce adamant and document everything they found. It was also fairly quickly found out by ground side that the problem with comms was more error of poorly maintained equipment than anything at fualt with the unknown station.

Yeah I somehow doubt the ninja is just a bodyguard.
