1• There is no valid proof that Wato salia has committed any crimes related to puppetry, or any kind of puppetry for that matter.

2• The use of nations going CTE isn’t a determining factor when trying to prove acts of puppetry. Nations at any time, after being inactive for at least 30 days, can go CTE and it can happen with multiple nations at the same time (see our past massive “dying outs”).

3• Even though this situation could be shrugged off as just a coincidence, the nation of Wato salia shall be placed under 90 day period of probation as this would technically be his first offense. During this period his activity will be monitored and he will be unable to take part in any polls/elections regarding regional legal matters.

4• The nations of Ast Wal, Sain Coan, and Kelvenir shall also be placed under a 90 day probation period upon their return, if they return.

My word on this matter is final, refrain from any kind of harrassment towards Wato salia. Please and thank you.

OOC: Man I remember the day when Barbaria's regional government would swoop down on someone in this exact same situation, with the wrath of the four horsemen of the apocalypse. There are coincidences, but dude that is so not one at all. 4 nations that parrell each other in two distinct parts of the region? Were not stupid man. We know.

OOC: I agree. I've seen instances when something like that would happen, but in the way it did in this instance. I remember that Sain Coan and Wato first came around the same time. I know for a fact that this isn't this time. It's just too specific.

OOC: So Kelevnir and Ast Wal are Vostag's puppets, then that would explain why they'd go out at the same time, but then it would have to be the same with Wato S. And Sain C.

Succession of the East Bank War - 1st Part. The battle of Kinnitt.

> From the perspective of a young boy, living in a ghetto somewhere in the Inner District of Yreas.

The morning was quiet at first, and the Sun rose early. My mother always told me that an early Sun means the day will be full of warmth and a bountiful harvest. My mother is a Judah. My father was a Israh. They are both come from completely different cultures. However due to the laws that were placed during my parents' generation encouraged intermixed marriages to unify the two peoples as one.

They called it the Re-Genesis Act. Since the new regime and the unification process, a list of new laws were enforced by the Imperators; the state police. They would kill an ordinary citizen without hesitation, as long as the order was given to them by the government. They've only been established by the regime after the Yussaran Massacare.

There is a knock at the door, loud and vivid. Chills began to run down by spine, and my skin was plagued with goosebumps. My knees buckled, and I became afraid of who was on the other side of that door. My mother came to open it, but I did nothing to share her my fear. Before I could react she opened it, and so blindly reared into a gunshot. My mother flew across the room, and an unstoppable ringing fastened my ears. I was grabbed, but I tried to resist. Once my vision focused and I uncovered my ears, I realized I was begin taken by men in camouflage. They covered my head with a black bag, and eventually welcomed the darkness.

OOC: So I am a bit confused on something.

1). "Even though this situation could be shrugged off as just a coincidence, the nation of Wato Salia shall be placed under 90 day period of probation as this would technically be his first offense."

So despite it being a 'coincidence', Wato is still punished with 90 day probation? If he is 'innocent' on these accusations, then why is he being punished for something he apparently didn't do. I mean if someone usually get caught being a puppeteer, they'd get the same punishment if they agreed to forever abandon their puppets. They did the same thing to Malulota some time ago. So either you are giving him the probation to prevent a riot from the populous, or you did it because they were actually his puppets and he would be given the respective reaction to his crimes. That apparently he didn't commit? But is still facing probation? Weird decision there, even shady for Hedra of all people.

2). "The use of nations going CTE isn’t a determining factor when trying to prove acts of puppetry. Nations at any time, after being inactive for at least 30 days, can go CTE and it can happen with multiple nations at the same time (see our past massive “dying outs”)."

Those 'dying outs' were probably events where the game updated and a bunch of nations CTED. Especially during the beginning of the school year. The timing of this 'dying out' makes sense, however its the nations that CTED that is what is making everyone here nervous. This is way beyond coincidences because it isn't a large list of random nations going CTE, it is four nations that are, in some way or another neighbors and came at the same time with the other. That is not coincidence at all.

These points contradict each other. Could you explain my points?

OOC: Yeah you know I was thinking the same thing. If he didn't do anything wrong then why is he being observed? That's like letting someone tried go after being made not guilty, but the Judge would be like "Oh even though you're not-guilty, you can't vote and you'll be observed!"

Its just weird in my opinion. The first quote got me second guessing the integrity of this process.

IC: The Northern Islands Claims

The Emirate of Belfi's representative to the United Nations of Barbaria speaks up in the middle of the rabble.

"With the island nations of Ast Wal and Kelvenir collapsing before our very eyes, the Emirate of Belfi will be laying claims on the territory of both nations, entirely. They are part of the Belfi Bay, and has such been part of Belfian life and culture for hundreds, if not thousands of years. We can wait six months till their place is removed, and we can enforced our claims.

For the time being we will wait. Our forces are on high alert, and will make up for their security, given our proximity to Lemuria, we reserve the right to do whatever is necessary to keep the Belfi Bay safe."

OOC: Let’s go.

This could be shrugged off as just a coincidence. Not saying it is nor am I saying it isn’t as there isn’t enough proof that confirms that this whole situation is, in fact, an act of illegal puppeteering. So, as the people involved in this investigation could not prove for an absolute fact that this hasn’t been an act of illegal puppeteering I have given him the 90 day probation period just to be safe. Regarding the CTE time argument, let’s suppose you and I are talking at the same time through telegrams, after a bit we both log out then end up not returning to NS after at least 30 days. After those 30 days both our nations will cease to exist within the same time span. Now, this could mean that we are two distinct players who coincidentally logged out at the same time but it could also mean that we are the same. Nations going CTE happens every day, every time and what I meant regarding the use of this argument is that it can’t be used to confirm nor deny the fact that he is guilty or not, it does serve however to arouse suspicion as it did. I never said he was guilty and never have I said that he was innocent either, the probation given to him is to ensure safety in the region, if in the future something comes out that confirms his innocence then I’ll apologize to him but for now thats how it will go. Supposing this is already his first offence, which I am counting as if any concrete proof comes out later down the road, then we’ll proceed with the appropriate methods of dealing with the situation as it is written in the Charter. Simple.

After two weeks of debate, the legislature of New Optus has voted in favor of petitioning membership into the B.I.T.O. alliance. Its strong oppositional voices were privileged with a provision that no foreign or collective military bases be not constructed nor maintained on Optus soil. However the nation is willing to contribute what it can to the collective defense of its potential membership.
