"Two centuries ago our founders established the current state, in which hyper-individualism is thriving as a system for all to determine their lives, free of government interference. Those who contribute are awarded, and those who wish to be slothful will starve. Let let society mold itself by the choices of the individual, morality and the opportunity to gain power is solely up to the person. That freedom is truly blissful, however there are those who wish to take away our happiness, liberty, and prosperity. They have been removed, and the rebellion has been reduced to the ashes of which set them ablaze. We will not let socialism existence within our borders, nor to those who support it. IC: Gnonc Nic has officially begun taking in Tritran assets, being that of factories, ports, and other commercial establishments or institutions. The integration process of joining the two economies is underway in the attempt to bring Gnonc Nic to more modern and high-demanding markets. Extensions to the nations' trade agreement has been made, as well as other projects that Tritra is sponsoring, such as that as Gnonc Nic's infrastructure, dedication to researching the ancient civilization, and the construction of the "Fallens Memorial" a dedication to all those who died in the Gnonc Nic Civil War, for all sides of the conflict. A statue to President Ion was also constructed in honor to his dedication and continual cordial contact with Gnonc Nic. Tritra has proven to be a true ally to Gnonc Nic and a favored friend.

A list of well noted accomplishments the nation of Rekua has obtained in the last month, all being detailed and how these achievements have and will contribute to humanity and the world.
The WELL BLOOD Project - a program dedicated to using gene therapy and biochemical medication that have nullified the existence of cancer, extreme aging, bone problems, and malnutrition that have posed a problem to the nation in the past century. This will dramatically increase the nation's average lifespan, and overall human development index. It is also predicted that this resolution will also be economically beneficial, because with healthcare being cheaper to all groups, productivity and consumer activity will increase as the rise of more advanced healthcare alternatives will bring forth a new age of neo-industrialism and super-consumerism. The services may become so accessible and cheap, that the market will be able to reach every home in the developing world.
Rekuan Venus Research Institute - a research facility that orbits the planet Venus. It's sole purpose is to act as an educational facility for the expanding job markets in astrophysics, bio-astronomy, orbital technologies, engineering, and cosmic understanding. This institute will be the tool for tomorrow in inspiration and education. Plausible plans within the institute include terraforming and colonizing the planet Venus. It is known that Venus is a key symbol in many spiritual practices in Rekua. Even though other countries are already in the process of colonizing, or already colonizing, it is believed that it is time that Rekua becomes a contender as the next civilization to reach beyond that of the planet, being from its humble beginnings. Their ambitions are more for the human species, not the glamour of private enterprise or the military to take on the opportunity to have a presence in space and other planets. It is a mission to progress mankind, not for profits or power.
Anti-Bully Doctrine - a foreign policy stating the nation's extreme opposition to piracy, slavery, and human trafficking; stating that Rekua will not tolerate Vikings' constant raiding, enslavement, and horrible treatment of other humans. Rekua will also not trade with nations that impose child labor, slavery, or trafficking as a means to their economic activity. While it may not affect the whole world in significant way, the fact that Rekua is finally standing up for something they believe in, and act as a leader for a more peaceful world, even if Rekua has to stand alone in this new "Pan-Human" movement, is a sign that there is a problem that needs to be addressed, regardless of how popularity it is.
This also contributes to the nation's foreign aid program, where supplies and medical equipment can be given to allies, acting as first-responders for international crisis. This program may also stretch to countries outside of BITO, depending on the seriousness of the problem will resort with how much Rekua could provide and assist with.
The "Anti-Censorship" Act - a new law that prohibits social media outlets and other internet-based services form censoring users, banning them because of political alignment and comments, or implementing bias contracts. The Rekuan government has taken in the effort to protect and expand the rights of their people by insuring speech, religion, sexual orientation, and privacy isn't influenced or violated by others, including those in the government, by creating an outlet for citizens to report instances where one's rights are being infringed, and what can be solved by a committee to decide what can be done to prevent further violations. A sort of bridge between the government and the citizens of the country. This includes more transparency.

SIC: Building a Movement:
Kaiser Odinson lays in his cot, somewhere at an undisclosed location in Mu, with his arms crossed behind his head as he ponders his thoughts in the silence and darkness of the night. He thinks about the ongoing course of the war with Lemuria and Mu, various things going on in the world and in Hyperborea, and of course of his beloved wife Kara. Suddenly he gets an alert from one of his aides back in Hyperborea. It's pictures of the Cassius graffiti and posters that Z had made and plastered all of his neighborhood in Poitain.
"Hmm. That poster kind of looks like some of good old Jerome's work. Well almost." The Kaiser thinks to himself as he looks at the images before calling the aide who sent the pictures.
"Hello sir. I'm sorry I didnt mean to disturb you I figured you would've been sound asleep by now given the time where you are." says the aide.
"Eh it's no problem wasn't really asleep anyway. So what's with these pictures from Poitain? Just looks like some graffiti and littering." Asks the Kaiser.
"Well sir as I'm sure you can remember the original Cassius movement evolved over time to have some socialist overtones. So some people are a bit concerned what with the war going on and all." The aide answers.
Kaiser Odinson looks at the posters again before continuing "Yeah something tells me that we don't have to worry about that with this. I mean in this flyer there is nothing socialist even mentioned so. That and a socialist movement in Hyperborea... Really? People really think that something like that would fly in HYPERBOREA, most anti-commie place in the universe? No. Anyone who thinks this is a socialist movement just because it shares a name with something that was at some point is just needs to see where this is happening and they should know it isn't. Just looks like some Tritrans who aren't happy with what is going on in the old country. Can't say I blame them what with Tritra going down the crapper and all that...
But anyway I'm sure the local police can resolve it. Just some low-grade vandalism and littering. Minor local issues that the locals can handle. The federal government has no reason getting involved so tell those people who are worried it's a bunch of pinkos then tell them they don't have to worry about it."
"Yes sir." Says the aide as the call ends.
Kaiser Odinson chuckles to himself. "Commies in Hyperborea. That's rich. Hasn't been a commie in Hyperborea for over a hundred years. Yet now they're popping up in Poitain. Haha. I'll have to give old Jerome a call in the morning."
IC: Building a Movement:
Z wakes up to his alarm clock still tired from the past few evenings where he has been hard at work doing his work on Cassius in secret from everyone else. He comes into work yawning and rubbing his eyes.
"Coffee. Please." He says to Jerry and Mac as the three of them eat breakfast before they get to work for the day.
Jerry pours a cup of coffee and slides it across the bar to Z. "Y'know kid if you're gonna go around painting the town at night with the shops spray paint then the least you could do is make it look good." Says Jerry with a casual tone.
Z looks up from the coffee mug with his heart beating in his ears. "W-what..."
"Yeah if you're going to be dragging the shop into your petty vandalism the least you could do is represent us well." Mac adds.
"Yeah kid if you make it look like art like a mural or something and less like crap graffiti you make it less likely for the people whose property you're defacing to get the law after ya. No one here is happy with how things have gone back in the old country but if you go around giving every storefront a crappy coat of paint you wont last long." Says Jerry to Z who still has a look of dread on his face.
"How long have you guys known?" Z asks.
"Well it wasn't that hard to figure out kid. I mean you start coming in all exhausted the day after all this cassius stuff pops up all over town." Mac answers.
"Well. Here I was thinking I was being secretive about it." Z says.
"Maybe to everyone else kid but not to us. Haha. I mean we know you probably better than anyone else around here." Mac says.
"And don't worry about the cops for now kid. So long as you go out and put up some actual art instead of that graffiti crap then your secret is safe with us. Heck if you ask the people whose places you graffitied they might pay ya to paint it over. I got a drafting table in the tattoo shop here that you can use." Jerry says.
"Yeah there is a cot in the back you can rest up on in the meantime. You're gonna need the rest for all the work you got ahead of ya." Mac adds.
"Cot? So that's where you've been going off and taking those long breaks of yours." Jerry says giving a look to Mac.
And so Z, although still a bit in shock, takes a power nap on the cot and then uses the drafting table Jerry had offered to design a mural for his new cause. After a few hours he is done and he sets to work going around town and getting to work painting over is crude graffiti with actual murals and new posters. It takes almost about the entire night but he manages to accomplish his task and even make a few bucks from some people while doing it.

The Revolution p.5
Tybolt’s POV
The Revolution has spread throughout Hedra, everyone knows what is happening now and they picked their sides. Some smaller cities were left almost completely empty as the people left to enlist in army of their choosing. Tybolt and Cerelle were finally made aware the Revolution and the “disappearence” of his family, both are disgusted upon hearing what the Government has done and, if the situation didn’t seem urgent enough, Tybolt has received news that two of his daughters, Felipa and Tatiana, were sent to live in Hedra as the money they received from Tybolt is no longer falling into their accounts and the girls are to arrive in Hedra in two days.
Tybolt and Cerelle get on the motorcycle gifted to him by Kaiser Odinson and speed through the streets of the city trying to reach the road that will lead to Rikas. They reach Rikas in record time thanks to motorcycle’s incredible speed and are met with an almost completely destroyed city, they see almost no civilians walking around but instead soldiers carrying their guns patrolling the streets. They are surronded by soldiers who escort them to the Royal Palace, there isn’t much they can do about it but obey the soldiers orders. Once they enter the Palace they are met by Grand Duke Leon who greets them.
“Your Highness, we are delighted to have you back in Rikas.” Leon says with a smile while extending his hand for a handshake.
Tybolt remains silent and walks to the Regent and stares at his hand for a few seconds before punching him in the face making the Regent fall as the guards point their weapons at the Crown Prince.
The Regent stands up holding his chin and laughing; “Guards, take the Crown Prince away. Tybolt will be deployed to the Navy and tell the fleet to be on their way to Avra Islands, we wouldn’t want our precious heir too close to the battlefield.”
“What about the girl?” Says one guard.
“Lock her in one of the rooms in the palace, she will be held hostage so His Highness the Prince doesn’t try anything funny.” The Grand Duke says.
The guards carry both away after much resistance from the young couple and take them to the places and positions they were assigned to. Tybolt is put on a helicopter and taken to a ship from the Hedran Navy which is making it’s way to the Avra Islands through the Pharusian Sea, the admiral was given strict instructions to not follow orders given by Tybolt even though Tybolt outranks him.
Tybolt’s Friends POV
Tybolt’s friends are still searching for their him given that they don’t have a clue that he just left and got shipped off the country. Protests pretty much dominate Hedran cities now with the police force and army doing their best to crush them, the streets are a dangerous place to be especially for unexperienced kids like them.
“I don’t like zis one bit.” Friedich says to the rest of them.
“Lets joost keep a low prrrofile, opefool-ly no one wil-l rrrecognise oos.” Antonia says.
Right as she finishes her sentence policemen pullover pointing their guns at them while saying “We found them.” on the radio.
“You had to say that.” Carlos says while looking at Antonia and raising his hands.
They put bags over the heads of Tybolt’s friends and take them away. After a few hours they are thrown in jail with other POWs are common criminals but all being divided by their sex.
Beatriz, Antonia and Natalia were taken away to be interrogated while the men, Carlos, Friedich and Ibrahim were put to work. Eventually the news of their arrest reach Elys and now it is up to her to decide what to do next.
IC: "A New Democracy"
King T'Challa, along with the representatives of local and state bodies, have come together to hold a National Constitutional Convention, with the intent to form a more perfect union. King T'Challa has volunteered to abdicate his Throne and position as King of the nation, in the effort to remove any further potential in corruption. It is with best interests to the nation that the government be reformed under a social democracy, where the priorities of the People are put first, and all are equally heard despite their culture, creed, race, religion, and status of wealth. A nation where the voice of every Rekuan can be he heard from every corner of the country.
The New Constitution has key features; a bill containing the rights of all genders, races, etc. There also new laws in place that better structure the government and its function, removing the royal family's place in politics, and the proper due process that is standardized by the nation for the States of the Union to follow.
May this be a new era for Rekua; one of virtues are held by nothing else but freedom, liberty, and tranquility!
President Missi Obeme has become the first leader of the nation in de-facto. The First Congress elected her under an emergency protocol to insure there is a strong, and already in-place President to handle any arising domestic or foreign issues that needed to be handle for the duration of the country's first four years of its existence. Her agenda made been revised considering the situation;
Her new objectives is to insure that the nation is significantly protected during its most political sensitive 'underbelly', which means a redirection of funding for the nation's military, hacking-prevention programs and cyber-security systems, general welfare for citizens coming out of poverty that need financial assistance, and standing healthcare programs for the citizens of the country. There are viable and reasonable emergency orders given by the President for the mission to maintain stability. The military has gone under Presidential command as new powers vested by the Constitution wants it so that the President can respond to the nation's defense, and be able to command the nation's united forces. This is the first time a civilian has power to command the military, or hold power long enough to be recognized by a legally binding document.
IC: A fleet of Vikings have made their way to the coastline of Berdune, in what appears to be a tightly-enclosed bay, overlooking the nation's Capitol. Their anchors have been dropped, and their canon aimed at the very building that governs their country. In its threatening manner, the flagship stands tall among the battleships. Its folder claps as a single shot is fired from the flagship, directly hitting the Capitol's dome, causing the rest of the building to partially collapse.
The Viking Raiders' ambiguous landers make landfall onto the nation's soil...
IC: President Randall has stationed a defensive force in the city, using the beach as a buffer between them and the ongoing invaders, effectively bringing them directly in unknown territory. The Capitol has been built to withstand invasions, the way its infrastructure is made and how the city's plan works makes it a standing fortress with multiple levels with buffers used as defensive positioning. The sewer systems have been locked, and all of the city's available defensive positions have been garrisoned and activated. Luckily because it is a Tuesday, Congress doesn't assemble on such days for religious reasons, that and on Sunday afternoons. There have been no reported casualties.
The United Navy use the bay to their advantage, closing the bay in from behind the invaders to prevent an easy retreat. They are there to die, and there will be no survivors.
The United Navy's 23nd and 14th National Fleets have open fired at the Viking warships from behind, meanwhile the coastal defenses from the inner sides of the bay have been activated; returning fire via explosive shells and missiles. The Viking forces were trapped, and there was no way to evade the attacks considering how precise the defenses are, and the geographical significance. Berdune has always conducted drills on if the Capitol would ever be under naval siege. Its superior intellect in strategy and defensive tactics would prove powerful against any foreign invader. The constant firing would eventually render the Viking ships destroyed, and the claimed-to-be-famous flagship of their was captured, and returned to the docks as a trophy for their easy victory against the Vikings.
The attempt landfall was shortly stopped when they met an onslaught of machine-gun fire. Their corpses littered the outlining limits of the city, where they were forced to enter when their access to exterior outlets were shut off, and the only way to pass through the city were carefully placed checkpoints where sentries were placed. A cleaning effort was put in place to begin burning the bodies in masse.
President Randall states, "...To the Vikings, if we catch another one of your ships in our waters, and threaten our country, we will come after you and invade your petty islands to the North. The script will flip, and then you'd have to answer to us!"
First Gen. "TITAN-GOD"
Both series have been manufactured from Atlas Industries, a contracted arms manufacturing company that specializes in tanks, mobile anti-ballistic artillery, and armored vehicles. The "Military Upgrade Initiative" issued by the government will manage the distribution, and demand of all products that have been cataloged under a binding agreement. This has prompted the mass production of war machines, bringing in a mutual beneficiary agreement that the company and government share in the effort to meet the international military standard.
All war machinery is powered by fission technology, with a nuclear core as the source for every war machine's power, which would be easily disposable and clean for individual use. This access to this much power will allow the machinery operate at levels that excel the modern weapon. This also permits more armor, suspension, and firepower that the excess of energy makes up for unlike non-nuclear powered machinery. This innovative initiative has also been implemented in aircraft, and warships; that of the latest model.
In addition to this great opportunity to work with the government, the sole benefit truly goes to the economy, a boost to the nation's manufacturing industry, and the ever-growing demand for skilled labor, which has long been left out for two decades; causing a leak in opportunity for those of the middle class to apply their abilities to the job market.

IC: Imperii Feminam invites the United States of Berdune to join their "Anti-Viking Coalition", which consists currently with Rekua, Highland-orkney union, Imperii feminam, and Tranquil wonderland. It's sole mission to unify together to stop trade disruption, piracy, kidnapping, human trafficking, and raiding done by the Vikings. The end game of the coalition is to eventually liberate 
Caruika from Viking domination.
