(IMPORTANT) Notice of the Phoenix (5/4/26)

Following the recapture of Phoenix Project from Viltrum, the following things are being implemented:

1. All modifiers, rapid ratings, elections, and the warring System have been paused until further notice
2. New Frencia has been appointed Chief of Restorative Operations
3. All official land claims on the map are being reconsidered as more people rejoin

I will please ask everyone to be calm and rational in this era of reconstruction. No aggression toward Viltrum. No bringing attention to ourselves. This is an era of healing, not vengeance.

Thank you for keeping faith in the Phoenix Project.
