As people come and go in The Region That Has No Big Banks, there is a need for new citizens to keep NBB active and growing, allowing for the region's culture and people to flourish. Usually, we convince people to join NBB through recruitment dispatches, where a discord add-on can send a message to new players, encouraging them to come to NBB. In order to promote actively recruiting nations, there is a special recruitment contest, with those sending out the most recruitment telegrams getting a series of legendary trading cards, plus the honor and responsibility of inviting new nations to contribute to the rich culture of NBB.

In order to participate in recruitment contests, you would need to join the region's discord server, followed by requesting the recruiter role. From there, you would go to the #recruitment channel, set up a recruitment template, and recruit!
