    Post-War World
    In the year 2112, the world plunged into its darkest era in human history. World War III, a full-scale nuclear war, erupted between global superpowers as disputes over resources, political tensions, and environmental crises escalated beyond control. The consequences of the war not only destroyed major cities but also transformed Earth’s ecosystem entirely, leaving vast swathes of land uninhabitable. Over 80% of the global population perished, and the survivors faced a ravaged world filled with radiation, famine, and chaos. Nuclear explosions decimated the ozone layer, exposing Earth to stronger solar radiation than ever before. Once lush green lands turned into arid deserts or were heavily contaminated by radiation. Rising sea levels from melting ice caps submerged many nations and coastal regions. Most plant and animal species unable to adapt became extinct, leaving a world almost devoid of natural life.
    Collapse of nations: Governments and old political systems could not withstand the chaos of war and collapsed rapidly. Former superpowers were reduced to ruins, fragmented by armed groups and local warlords. The world descended into a new dark age, where survival took precedence over ideals.
    The Formation of the United Democratic World (UDW)
    The Eden Conference (2150): After nearly 40 years of chaos, in 2150, a group of surviving leaders and intellectuals convened at the Eden Conference, a landmark event held in Eden—a rare, radiation-free area deep within a natural mountain valley. Eden, seen as a symbol of hope and renewal, attracted individuals with a shared vision to rebuild civilization. At the Eden Conference, leaders drafted the Democratic World Charter, laying the foundation for the creation of the United Democratic World.

    RULE

    1. God mode-ing is prohibited. We don't want to fight against an enemy that literally doesn't die or attrition.

    2. Players may create puppet regimes in their occupied territory but must inform all players if they plan to use alt accounts to roleplay as puppet regimes in the roleplay. You may not claim territory as a puppet.

    3. Players should act realistic. No mutants, super-soldiers, alien technology, God, or any overpowered technology.

    4. While roleplaying, double posting is allowed but more than that would result in suppression. Keep all of your RP in one RMB post.

    5. Keep to Roleplay Lore, and stay in character. When referring to stuff inside the roleplay but not as your roleplay country, make sure to put
      OOC: before your message.

    6. Nations must justify a war goal. If a nation declares war on another, they should make the war plan dispatch just for reference.

    7. Use of WMDs are strictly prohibited.

    8. If a nation is occupied, they will go into exile, unless they want to become a puppet of another country.

    9. Don't metagame. Metagaming can refer to aspects of play that occur outside of a given game's fictional universe. In particular, metagaming often refers to having an in-game character act on knowledge that the player has access to, but the character should not.

    10. Don't roleplay other people's armies, leader, people, etc. Just keep to yourself, and let other people play as themselves.

    11. If a nation is broke, they can take loan from Global Government Organization.

    Not following the rules can result into week day mute on the RMB, map ejection and ban from roleplay.
