All nations of the Council of Asia are permitted to open a political party without approval from the Government. However, they must register the political party with the President to partake in official government elections.
The Registration Process involves submitting an application to the President, providing information such as the party's name, objectives, leadership structure, and membership. The minimum membership for each political party is one nation, with at least one nation retaining WA membership. All information is required to be documented in a dispatch
