Charter of the Region of California

After many years of existence in NationStates, inactivity of the founder of the region, defender and raider conflicts, and general disorder, the region of California was refounded by The Constitutional Monarchy of Goldenson with the immense help of elite and/or veternation members of 10000 Islands who supported me as a native of this region. California was not refounded without a purpose though. It's purpose, to quelch future disorder and other things, shall be this: to provide a community for players from California and further, a region only for past, present, or future residents of the state of California, including those who frequently visit the state of California twelve times a year or more. Hereafter, when the name "California" is mentioned, it means the NationStates region of California.

No puppet nation shall exist within California. A puppet nation is any nation a user creates that is separate from their primary nation. For example, Tehama is a puppet nation of Goldenson and shall not exist within California. Puppet nations shall be removed as possible. World Assembly membership is encouraged.

California shall only have embassies in the United States of America and its state entities.
