The Car show of Supro is a titanic, safe nation, notable for its compulsory military service, frequent executions, and restrictive gun laws. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 18.869 billion Supros are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The medium-sized, moralistic government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Spirituality. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 28.8%.

The Supro economy, worth 785 trillion credits a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Beef-Based Agriculture, Woodchip Exports, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales. Average income is 41,587 credits, with the richest citizens earning 7.1 times as much as the poorest.

Military spending is on the increase, citizens select which government department gets their income tax credits each year, gambling is outlawed, and nudity is frowned upon. Crime, especially youth-related, is well under control, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Supro's national animal is the Road Runner, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Supro is ranked 289,256^th in the world and 12^th in Atlantic for Most Extensive Civil Rights, with 18.38 Martin Luther King, Jr. Units.
