The Silver Dragons of Slivano is a mammoth, safe nation, remarkable for its burgeoning kiwi population. The quiet, industrious population of 7.745 billion Slivanoans are prohibited from doing almost everything except voting, which they do timidly and conservatively.

The medium-sized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 32.7%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but underdeveloped Slivanoan economy, worth 200 trillion pounds a year, is quite specialized and led by the Tourism industry, with major contributions from Beef-Based Agriculture, Door-to-door Insurance Sales, and Basket Weaving. Black market activity is notable. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 25,868 pounds, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Crime is almost non-existent, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Slivano's national animal is the kiwi.

Slivano is ranked 209,116^th in the world and 11^th in Tamil Eelam for Largest Welfare Programs, scoring 836.74 on the Safety Net Mesh Density Rating.
