The Colony of SFU33 is a titanic, socially progressive nation, renowned for its compulsory military service and irreverence towards religion. The democratic population of 14.823 billion SFU33ians hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Defense. The average income tax rate is 15.3%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but inefficient SFU33ian economy, worth 586 trillion Citas a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Tourism industry, with major contributions from Furniture Restoration, Retail, and Trout Farming. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 39,533 Citas, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.1 times as much as the poorest.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. SFU33's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon.

SFU33 is ranked 250,689^th in the world and 1^st in Supreme Fascist Union for Highest Average Tax Rates, with 15.29 Effective Tax Rate.
