The Empire of Russian Tsar is a massive, safe nation, notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape and restrictive gun laws. The cynical population of 1.682 billion Russian Tsarians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The large, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Welfare. The average income tax rate is 42.7%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The sizeable but inefficient Russian Tsarian economy, worth 49.0 trillion rubles a year, is quite specialized and mostly made up of the Trout Farming industry, with significant contributions from Uranium Mining and Cheese Exports. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 29,102 rubles, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.2 times as much as the poorest.

The country's famous rainforests are being bulldozed by the mining industry, the alarmingly racist TV show 'Bigtopians Say the Darndest Things' is a hit, a PhD just ain't what it used to be, and it's always rabbit season. Crime is almost non-existent, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Russian Tsar's national animal is the bear, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Russian Tsar is ranked 194,583^rd in the world and 3^rd in Russian Tsardom for Nicest Citizens, with 12 average smiles per day.
